- 250 Gm Poha
- 1 Cup Oil For Frying
- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- Salt To Taste
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Poha Masala (Optional)
- 2 Tsp Oil

Method For Making Fried Poha:
1. First Of All, Take 250 Gm Poha In A Bowl After Taking Poha Clean The Poha So That No Stones Will Be There In The Poha. After Cleaning Poha Take A Pan Add 1 Cup Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Add 250 Gm Cleaned Poha In The Pan.
2. After Adding Poha In The Heated Oil Fry The Poha In The Slow Flame Of Gas Properly Till Poha Become Light Golden Color. Once Poha Gets Properly Fried Close The Gas Flame After Closing Gas Flame Take Out The Fried Poha In The Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil In The Poha Should Get Removed.
3. After Taking Out The Fried Poha In The Tissue Paper Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds After Adding Mustard Seeds In The Pan Cook The Mustard Seeds Till It Become Light Golden Color Once Mustard Seeds Become Golden Color Add Fried Poha In The Pan After Adding Fried Poha In The Pan Mix Poha Properly After Mixing Add Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Poha Masala (Optional), 1/4 Tsp Chaat Masala.
4. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Fried Poha Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing Close The Gas Flame After Closing Gas Flame Leave The Poha For Some Time To Cool Down. Once Poha Gets Cooled Properly Fried Poha Recipe Is Ready To Eat.
