Besan Tikki



How To Make Besan Tikki


Serving 4 To 5 People


Cooking Time 10 To 15 Minutes




Ingredients :

- 4 Tsp Besan

- 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Finley Chopped Capsicum (Red, Green And Yellow) (Optional)

- 2 Finley Chopped Onions

- 1 Finely Chopped Carrot,

- 2 Tsp Boiled And Mashed Peas

- 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 6 Tsp Cornflour (Optional)

- 2 Tsp

- Required Water For Making Dough

- 2 Cup Oil For Frying

Serving :

- Tomato Sauce Or Raw Mango Chutney

Method:

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 4 Tsp Besan, 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 1 Finley Chopped Capsicum (Red, Green And Yellow), 2 Finley Chopped Onions After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Properly With The Help Of Spoon.

2. After Mixing Add 1 Finely Chopped Carrot, 2 Tsp Boiled And Mashed Peas, 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves, 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, Salt To Taste After Adding Above Ingredients In The Bowl Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly.

3. After Mixing All The Ingredients Properly Add 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder,  6 Tsp Cornflour (Optional), 2 Tsp Oil And Add Required Amount Of Water After Adding All Above Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing Above Ingredients Make A Thick Dough After Making Thick Dough Make Small Ball Shape ( Tikki ). After Making Small Balls Of Tikki Slightly Press The Balls. After Pressing Besan Tikki Is Ready For Frying.

Method For Frying Besan Tikki:

1. Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It . Once Oil Gets Hot Add Small Shape Besan Tikki One By One In The Oil.After Adding Small Shape Besan Tikki In The Hot Oil Cook The Besan Tikki From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color.

2. Once Besan Tikki Become Golden Color Take Out The Besan Tikki In The Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil In The Tikki Gets Removed And After Removing Oil, Besa Tikki Are Ready To Serve.

Serving :
Serve The Vegetable Aloo Tikki With Tomato Sauce , Raw Mango Chutney Or Coriander Chutney.



Recipe Note:

Besan Tikki Recipe Is Tasty, Spicy And Delicious To Eat.All The Ingredients Which Are Used To Make Are Easily Available At Home And Can Make It Home In Least Amount Of Time. You Can Add More And More Vegetables In Besan Tikki Whichever You Like To Add. Also Cornflour Is Optional Because It Can Used To Bind Tikki But The Work Of Binding Is Done By Besan And Oil So Its Upto To You To Add Cornflour  If Required Amount Of Cornflour Which Is Used To Bind Tikka Is Not Enough You Can Increase Or Decrease Its Quantity According To Your Need Of Binding.
