Healthy Frankie


How To Make Healthy Frankie


Serving For 2 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients :

Ingredients For Making Filling :

- 4 Boiled And Mashed Potatoes

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 2 Finley Chopped Onion

- 1 Cup Finley Chopped Cabbage

- 2 Finley Chopped Tomatoes

- 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Making Frankie Folding :

 - 4 Wheat Flour Chapati Or

- 2 Cups Maida Flour Chapati (Both Can Be Use To Make Folding)

- Water (As Much As Required)

- 1/2 Tsp Oil

Serving :

- Tomato Sauce

- Coriander Chutney

- Fry Green Chilly

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Finley Chopped Onions After Adding Green Chilly Or Onion Cook It Till Both Onion And Green Chilly Become Light Golden Color. Once Both Ingredients Become Golden Color, Add 1 Cup Finley Chopped Cabbage, Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Again Cook It For 10 To 15 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas.

2. After 10 To 15 Minutes, Add 2 Finley Chopped Tomatoes After Adding Tomatoes Again Cook The Tomatoes For 5 To 10 Minutes. After 5 To 10 Minutes Add 4 Boiled And Mashed Potatoes , 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Tsp Garam Masala, 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing All The Ingredients, Off The Gas Flame And Healthy Frankie Filling Is Ready.

Method For Making Wheat Flour Chapati:

1.First Of All, Take A Bowl, Add 2 Cup Wheat Flour, After Adding Wheat Flour In The Bowl, Add Water As Much As Required , After Adding Water, Mix Wheat Flour And Water, After Mixing Make A Dough. After Making Dough,  Add 1/4 Tsp Oil And Mix It. After Adding Oil Make Small Balls Of Dough And Make Round Shape Bread, After Making Round Shape Balls And Bread, Cook The Bread In The Pan From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Of Bread Become Golden Color. After Both The Sides Of Bread Become Golden Color Wheat Flour Chapati Is Ready For Frankie.

Method For Making Maida Flour Chapati:
1. First Of All,Take A Bowl Add 2 Cups Maida , Salt To Taste After Adding Maida And Salt Add Water As Much As Required For Making Thick And Tight Dough After Making Thick And Tight Dough Rest The Dough For 15 Minutes. After 15 Minutes, Add 1/2 Tsp Oil In The Bowl, And Mix The Maida Dough With Oil After Mixing, Make Small Balls Of That Dough After Making Dough,
Make Thick Chapatis Of Maida. After Making Thick Chapatis , Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil In The Pan After Adding Oil Heat It, Once Oil Gets Hot Add One By One Made Thick Maida Flour Chapatis After Adding Cook The Chaptis Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. Once Both Sides Become Golden Color, Take Out The Maida Flour Chapatis In To The Plate After Taking Out, Maida Flour Is Ready For Frankie.

Method For Making Healthy Frankie:
1. First Of All, Take A Pan Add Wheat Flour Chapati Or Maida Flour Chapati After Adding Again Cook Wheat Chapati Or Maida Flour Chapati Both The Sides After Adding Wheat Flour Or Maida Flour Chapati Add The Frankie Filling In To The Middle Of The Chapatis, After Adding Frankie Filling In To The Middle, Fold The Chapatis  From Both The Side Of Chapati. After Folding Cook
The Chapati From Both The Sides. After Cooking Both The Sides, Healthy Frankie Is Ready.

Serving :
Serve Healthy Frankie With Tomato Sauce, Coriander Chutney And Fry Green Chilly.
