Delicious Healthy Pullav

How To Make Delicious Pullav 

Serving For 5 People


Cooking Time 10 Minutes

Ingredients :

- 1 Cup Cooked Rice

- 1/2 Cup Water

- 1 Chopped Onion

- 2 Chopped Tomatoes

- 2 Tsp Cabbage

- 4 Tsp Pea

- 4 Tsp Methi (Fenugreek Leaves )

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Green Garlic

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Capsicum

- 4 Tsp Chopped Cauliflower

- 1 Chopped Potato

- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

- 1 Finley Chopped  Green Chilly

- 4 To 5 Curry Leaves

- 2 Tsp Soya Beans

- 1 Chakri Phool (Star Anise )

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Carrot

- 1 Bay Leaf

- 1 Cardamom

- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 

- Salt To Taste

- 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder

- 1 tsp Oil 

Note : You Can Add Any Vegetables In This Recipe

Garnish :

- Mint Leaves

- Lemon Slice

Method :

1. Take A Pan And Add 1 tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Then Add 1 Chakri Phool (Star Anise ), 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 Bay Leaf, 1 Cardamom, 1 Finley Chopped  Green Chilly 1 Chopped Onion, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper,  4 To 5 Curry Leaves, 2 Tsp Cabbage, 4 Tsp Pea,  4 Tsp Methi (Fenugreek Leaves ) , 2 Tsp Finley Chopped  Green Garlic, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Capsicum, Mix It All Ingredients Well.

2. After Mixing All Ingredients Well Then Add 4 Tsp Chopped Cauliflower,  1 Chopped Potato 4 To 5 Curry Leaves, 2 Tsp Soya Beans, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Carrot Mix It Well. And Cook Till All Vegetable Become Soft . After All Vegetable Become Soft Then Add  2 Chopped Tomatoes, Salt To Taste, 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Cup Water. Mix It Well After Mixing All Ingredients Well Then Add Cooked Rice.

3. After Adding Cooked Rice Mix It Well. Now  Cook This Pullav Till Soak Water. After Cook Pullav Is Ready To Transfer In To Serving Plate.

Garnish :

- Garnish Pullav With Mint Leaves And Lemon Slice .
