White Pasta Recipe



How To Make White Pasta Recipe


Cooking Time 10 Minutes


Serving 2 To 3 People




Ingredients For Making White Pasta:

- 1/4 Cup Penne Pasta

- 1/2 Tsp Salt

- 4 To 6 Cups Water

- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Carrot

- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Green Capsicum

- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Red Capsicum

- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Yellow Capsicum

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Making White Pasta Sauce:

- 1 Tsp Butter

- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Garlic (Optional)

- 1 Full Tsp Maida Flour

- 1 Cup Milk

- 1/4 Tsp Oregano

- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

- Salt To Taste

- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Flakes

Method For Making White Pasta:

A. Method Of Boiling Pasta:

1. Take A Pan Add 4 To 6 Cups In The Pan After Adding Water Boil The Water Properly Once Water Boils Properly Add 1/4 Cup Penne Pasta, 1/2 Tsp Salt After Adding Pasta In The Boiled Water Cook The Pasta Properly For 12 To 15 Minutes. After 12 To 15 Minutes Check The Pasta With The Help Of Fork That It Becomes Soft And Can Eat Easily, And If Not Cook The Pasta For More Few Minutes.

2. Once Pasta Properly Boils Close The Gas Flame After Closing Gas Flame Drain All The Water From Pasta. White Pasta


B. Method For Cooking Veggies For White Pasta:

1. Take A Pan Add 1/2 Tsp Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Carrot,  1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Green Capsicum, 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Red Capsicum, 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Yellow Capsicum, Salt To Taste.

2.After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All Ingredients Properly After Mixing Cook All Ingredients Till All Veggies Become Soft Once All Veggies Become Soft Close The Gas Flame And Keep The Cooked Veggies Aside For Some Time Till White Sauce Gets Ready.

C. Method For Making White Pasta Sauce:

1. Take A Thick Pan And Add 1 Tsp Butter In The Pan After Adding Butter In The Pan Cook The Butter Properly Till Butter Gets Properly Melted Once Butter Gets Melted Add  1 Tsp Finely Chopped Garlic (Optional) After Adding Garlic Cook The Garlic For 2 To 3 Minutes After Cooking Garlic For 2 To 3 Minutes Add 1 Full Tsp Maida Flour.

2. After Adding Maida Flour Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Properly Slowly Slowly Add 1 Cup Of Milk After Adding Milk Continuously Mix All The Ingredients Till Milk Becomes Thick, Mainly It Takes 2 To 3 Minutes To Become Thick Once Milk Becomes Thick Add 1/4 Tsp Oregano, 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper,  Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Flakes .

3. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Thick Milk Mix All The Ingredients Properly In Low Flame Of Gas Once All Ingredients Mixed Properly Add Drained Pennel Pasta ( Boiled Above) And The Cooked Veggies In The White Sauce After Adding Above Listed Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing Above Ingredients White Pasta Recipe Is Ready To Serve.

Serving And Garnishing:
Serve And Garnish The White Pasta With Oregano, Coriander Leaves And Bread.

White Pasta Recipe Is Tasty, Delicious And Yummy To Eat. All The Ingredients Which Are Used Are Easily Available At Home, But Remember One Thing When The Pasta Start Cooling It Will Become More Thick And Will Not Be Liked Anymore So If You Want To Eat White Pasta Make It And Eat It When It Remains Hot.
