Healthy Dry Fruits Ladoo



How To Make Healthy Dry Fruits Ladoo:


Cooking Time 15 Minutes


Serving 6 To 7 People Ladoos




Ingredients For Making Dry Fruits Ladoo:

- 1 Cup Grated Coconut

- 1 Cup Sugar Or Sugar Free Pills

- 250 Gm Mawa

- 2 To 3 Cardamon Powder (i.e., Peeled And Smashed)

- 1/2 Tsp Poppy Seeds

- 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Raisin (Kismish)

- 2 Cups Finely Chopped Almonds

- 2 Cups Finely Chopped Cashew

- 2 Cups Finely Chopped Walnuts (Optional)

Method For Making Dry Fruits Ladoo:

1. First Of All, Take A Blender Jar Add 2 Cups Sugar In The Blender Jar After Adding Sugar In The Blender Jar Blend Sugar Properly. Once Sugar Blend Properly Take Out The Blended Sugar In The Bowl. After Taking Out Sugar, Take A Pan Add 250 Gm Mawa In The Pan After Adding Mawa In The Pan Continuously Mix And Cook The 250 Gm Mawa In Low Flame Of Gas Till Mawa Become Light Golden Color.

2. Once Mawa Become Light Golden Color Continuously Mix The Mawa After Mixing Add 2 Cups Sugar Powder Or Sugar Free Pills, 1/2 Tsp Poppy Seeds In The Light Golden Color Mawa After Adding Sugar And Other Ingredients In The Pan Again Mix The Mawa,  Sugar And Other Ingredients Properly In Low Flame Of Gas. Once All Ingredients Mix Properly, Close The Gas Flame .

3. After Closing Gas Flame Quickly Add 1 Cup Grated Coconut After Adding Grated Coconut Add 2 To 3 Cardamon Powder (i.e., Peeled And Smashed Cardamon) , 2 Cups Finely Chopped Almonds,  2 Tsp Finely Chopped Raisin (Kismish),  2 Cups Finely Chopped Cashew, 2 Cups Finely Chopped Walnuts After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Quickly Mix All The Ingredients Either With The Spoon Or Hand. After Mixing Make Small Shape Ladoos Quickly. After Making Small Shape Ladoos Cool Down The Grated Coconut Ladoos For 10 To 15 Minutes. After 10 To 15 Minutes Dry Fruits Ladoos Is Ready.



Points To Be Remembered While Making Dry Fruits Ladoos:

1. Remember That You Continuously Mix The Mawa In The Pan Because If You Not Continuously Mix The Mawa It Cannot Mix Properly And Also Remember That You Cannot Transfer The Mawa In Other Utensils Because If You Transfer Mawa In Other Dry Fruits Utensils It Quickly Cools Down.

2. After Adding All The Ingredients In The Pan Quickly Mix The Ingredients And After Mixing Quickly Make The Ladoos Shape Because Once Mixture Cools Down It Become Very Difficult To Bind Or Make Ladoos. Also Remember That If You Want To Add More Dry Fruits You Can Add But It Should Be Finely Chopped Because If Dry Fruits Are Not Chopped Properly It Becomes Very Difficult To Bind Ladoos.
