How To Make Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Kg Chicken
- 1/2 Kg Onion
- 8 To 10 Garlic Pieces
- 4 To 5 Green Chilly
- 1 Cup Curd
- 1 Tsp Chicken Food Color
- 1 Piece Ginger
- Salt To Taste
- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Chicken Masala
- 4 To 5 Tomatoes
- 3 Tsp Oil
- 2 Glass Water
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
Garnishing:
- Lemon Slice.
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
Method:
1. First Of All, Take 1/2 Kg Fresh Chicken After Taking Chicken Wash 1/2 Kg Chicken 2 To 3 Times In Warm Water. After Washing Chicken In Warm Water Drain All Water From Chicken.
2. After Draining Water From Chicken, Take A Blender Jar And Add 8 To 10 Garlic Pieces, 4 To 5 Green Chilly, 1 Piece Ginger Blend It And Make A Smooth Paste. After Making Smooth Paste Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Curd, 1 Tsp Chicken Food Color After Adding Curd And Chicken Color Beat All Ingredients Properly.
3. After Beating Curd And Chicken Food Color, Add Washed Chicken In The Curd Mixture To Get Marinate. Once Adding Chicken In The Bowl To Get Marinate Add Ginger - Garlic Paste In The Beated Curd And Food Color Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Well After Mixing Leave The Mixture For 1 Hour In Refrigerator. After 1 Hour, Again Take A Blender Jar Add 1/2 Kg Onion In The Blender Jar After Blending Blend It Properly After Blending Make A Smooth Paste. Now Again Take Another Blender Jar Add 4 To 5 Tomatoes Make A Smooth Pure .
4. After Making Smooth Tomatoes Pure Take A Pressure Cooker Add 3 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds, Ginger Garlic Paste In The Pressure Cooker And Cook It Till Ingredients Become Golden Color, Once Paste Become Golden Color Add The Above Marinate Chicken In The Pressure Cooker .
5. After Adding Marinate Chicken In The Pressure Cooker, Cook This For 10 Minutes ,After 10 Minutes Again Mix All The Ingredients Well After Mixing Cook The Chicken For More 10 To 15 Minutes, After 10 To 15 Minutes Again Mix All The Ingredients Well When Mixture Leave Pressure Cooker Side, It Means Your Mixture Is Ready Then Add 2 Glass Water In The Chicken Mixture.
6. After Adding Water In The Chicken Mixture Cook It Till 3 Whistle, After 3 Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker Lid, After Opening Pressure Cooker Lid Add 1 Tsp Garam Masala And 1 Tsp Chicken Masala.
7. After Adding Garam Masala And Chicken Masala, Chicken Curry Is Ready To Serve Now, Transfer The Chicken Curry Into Serving Plate For Garnishing.
Garnish
Garnish The Chicken Curry With Onion Slice, Lemon Slice And Fresh Coriander Leaves.
