Healthy Poha

How To Make Healthy Poha


Serving 2 People


Ingredients :

- 1 Small Bowl Poha

- 1 Finely Chopped Patato

- 1 Finely Chopped Tomato

- 1 Finely Chopped Onion

- 1 Green Chilly

- 4 To 5 Curry Leaves

- 1/2 tsp Sugar (Optional)

- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds (Sarso)

- 1/2 tsp Fennel (Saunf)

- 1 Tsp Poha Masala

(Recipe Of Poha Masala Is Given Below)

- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder

- Salt To Taste

- 3 To 4 Peanuts

- 2 tsp Oil

- 1 tsp Lemon Juice

For Garnish:

-1 Lemon

- Coriander Leaves

- Peanuts

- Sev (Namkeen)

- Dry Red Chilly

- Fry Peas

Note: You Can Also Add  Pomegranate To Make This Recipe More Healthy And Delicious. 


Methods:

Poha Masala :

1. Take A Bowl Add 1/4 Tsp Garam masala, 1/4 Tsp Sambar Masala, 1/4 Tsp Paav Bhaji Masala, 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1/4 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds . Mix All The Above Ingredients Well And Poha Masala Is Ready.

For Poha :

1. First Of All, Take 1 Bowl Of Poha And Wash It  In Water Till It Become Soft. After Washing Poha Remove Excess Water From Poha.

2. Take A Pan Add 2 tsp Of Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Then Add 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds And Cook It For 1 Minute.

3. Now  Add 1 Finely Chopped Potato And 1 To 1/2 Minute Sotay It. Then Add 1 Finely Chopped Onion And 1 To 1/2 Minute Roast  It. Then  Add 1/2 tsp Fennel , 4 To 5 Curry Leaves ,Roast It For 1 To 2 Minute.

4.  Then  Add Salt To Taste, 1/2 tsp Red Chilly Powder , 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, Peanut, 1/2 tsp Sugar , 1 Tsp Poha Masala, 1 tsp Lemon Juice , 1 Green Chilly. And Mix It Well For 8 To 10 Minutes.

5. After Mixing All Ingredients Then Add  1 Finely Chopped Tomato And Mix It. Now Add Washed Poha And Mix It Properly.

6. Now Poha Is Ready For Garnishing.



For Garnishing

1. Garnishing Poha  With 1 tsp Of  Lemon Juice, Coriander Leaves, Sev (Namkeen),  Peanuts , Dry Red Chilly , Fry Peas (If Needed).





So, Delicious Healthy Poha Is Ready..
