Veg Roll


How To Make Veg Roll


Serving For 4 People

Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients For Making Veg Roll Filling:

- 2 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage

- 1 Finely Chopped Onion

- 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Carrot

- 2 Tsp Boiled Pea

- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Capsicum

- 1 Tsp Finley Chopped  Yellow Capsicum

- 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Red Capsicum

- 1 Tsp Black Salt

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- Finley Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Sauce (Optional)

- 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce

- 1 Tsp Green Chilly Sauce (Optional)

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Making Maida Flour Bread:

- 2 Cups Maida Flour

- Salt To Taste

- Water (As Much As Required For Making Thick Dough)

Method For Making Veg Roll Filling:

1. First Of All Take A Pressure Cooker And Add 2 Tsp Pea And 1/2 Tsp Salt, After Adding Pea And Salt Cook It Till 1 Whistle. After 1 Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker And Check That Pea Is Boiled Or Not, If Not Again Cook The Pea Till 1 Whistle. After Boiling Pea, Take A Pan And Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It, Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Cup Finely Chopped Cabbage, 1 Finely Chopped Onion, 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly, 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Carrot, 2 Tsp Boiled Pea, 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Capsicum, 1 Tsp Finley Chopped  Yellow Capsicum, 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Red Capsicum,  After Adding All The Above Vegetables In The Pan, Roast It For 1 To 3 Minutes.

2. After 1 To 3 Minutes Add, 1 Tsp Black Salt, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder,  Salt To Taste(Taste The Filling If Their Is The Requirement To Add Salt Then Add Otherwise Not Because We Already Add Salt In Pea At The Time Of Boiling And Also We Add Black Salt So Once Check Or Taste The Filling And Then Add Salt), 1 Tsp Chaat Masala,  Finley Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Sauce, 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce, 1 Tsp Green Chilly Sauce, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala And Again Mix It Properly And Cook It For 1 Minute. After 1 Minute Close The Gas Flame And Veg Roll Filling Is Ready.

Method For Making Maida Flour Bread:

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl And Add 2 Cups Maida Flour ,  Salt To Taste,  Water (As Much As Required For Making Thick Dough) Mix It Properly And Make A Thick Dough. After Making A Thick Dough Cover The Dough With Smooth Cloth And Leave It For 5 To 10 Minute. After 5 To 10 Minute Again Mix Or Mash The Dough Properly And Make A Big Balls Of The Dough And Making Round Thick Shape Bread, After Making Thick Round Shape Bread Take A Pan And Add 1 Tsp Oil In The Pan And Properly Spread It On The Pan Once Oil Gets Spread, Add Thick Shape Bread In The Pan And After Adding Cook The Bread From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color.

2.  After Bread Becomes Golden Color, Take Out The Bread In The Serving Plate And Add Tomato Sauce Or Pasta Sauce (Both Can Be Used) On The Bread, After Adding Tomato Sauce Or Pasta Sauce Spread It Properly After Spreading Tomato Sauce Or Pasta Sauce Add Veg Roll Filling In Middle Of The Bread, After Adding Filling In The Middle,  Roll The Bread From Both Sides,
After Rolling , Cover The Veg Roll In The Foil Paper After Covering Veg Roll Is Read To Eat With Tomato Sauce Or Coriander Chutney.
