Matar Paneer



How To Make Matar Paneer


Serving 4 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients:

- 250 Gm Peas (Matar)

- 20 Gm Khoya

- 100 Gm Paneer (Dicely Chopped)

- 2 To 3 Tomatoes

- 1 Tsp Green Garlic Or Garlic Pieces

- 2 Finely Chopped Onion

- 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 3 Tsp Oil

Method For Making Matar Paneer:

1. First Of All, Take A Blender Jar Add 1 Tsp Green Garlic Or Garlic Pieces, 2 Finely Chopped Onion, 1 Green Chilly, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Blend It Properly And Make A Thick Paste. After Making Thick Paste, Take Another Blender Jar Add 2 To 3 Tomatoes And Blend It And Make A Smooth Pure. After Making Smooth Pure Take A Pan Add 250 Gm Peas (Matar),  2 Cups Water And Cook It For 15 Minutes Till Peas Properly Become Boiled.

2. Once Peas Becomes Properly Boiled Take A Pan Add 1 Cup Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Heat Add 100 Gm Dicely Chopped Paneer In The Oil And Fry It From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. Once Gets Properly Fry Take Out The Paneer In The Tissue Paper ( So That Excess Oil Should Get Removed). After Taking Off Paneer From The Pan Take Another Pan Add 3 Tsp Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Heat Add Onion Garlic Paste And Cook It Till Paste Become Golden Color. Once Paste Becomes Golden Color Add Blended Tomatoes Pure, Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala,  1 Tsp Coriander Powder, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly And Cook It For 2 To 3 Minutes Till All The Mixture Comes To Oil.

3.Once Mixture Comes To Oil Add 20 Gm Khoya (Optional), 250 Gm Boiled Peas (Matar), Fry Dicely Chopped Paneer After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing All The Ingredients Properly Close The Pan Lid And Cook It For 2 To 3 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas. After 2 To 3 Minutes Again Mix The Ingredients After Mixing Close The Gas Flame And Matar Paneer Is Ready To Serve.
