Mogri Recipe



How To Make Mogri Recipe


Serving For 1 People


Cooking Time 10 Minutes




Ingredients :

- 250 Gm Chopped  Fresh Chopped Mogri (Beetle)

- 3 Finley Chopped Tomatoes

- 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 3 To 4 Piece Finley Chopped Garlic Or Green Garlic

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Pinch Turmeric

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- Mint Leaves

- 1 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves

- 2 Tsp Oil

- 2 Cup Water

Garnish :

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- Lemon Slice

Method :

1. Take A Pressure Cooker Add 250 Gm Chopped Fresh Mogri (Beetle), 2 Cup Water After Adding Mogri And Water In The Pressure Cooker Close The Pressure Cooker Lid, After Closing Pressure Cooker Lid Cook It Till 1 Whistle.After 1 Whistle Open Pressure Cooker Lid, After Opening Pressure Cooker Lid Drain All The Water From Mogri (Beetle).

2. After Draining All The Water From Mogri, Take A Pan And Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Then Add 2 To 3 Piece Finley Chopped Garlic Green Garlic , 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly After Adding Both The Ingredients In The Pan Cook Garlic And Green Chilly Till Both Ingredients Become Golden Color.

3. Once Garlic Or Green Garlic And Green Chilly Become Golden Color, Add  3 Finley Chopped Tomatoes In The Pan After Adding Tomatoes In The Pan Add Salt To Taste, 1 Pinch Turmeric, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder. After Adding All The Ingredients In The Pan Mix All The Ingredients Well In Slow Flame Of Gas For 5 Minutes.

4. After Mixing All The Above Ingredients In Slow Flame Of Gas For 5 Minutes Once Again Mix It Well After Mixing Properly Mashed Tomatoes With The Help Of Spoon When Tomatoes Mashed Properly In The Pan, Add 250 Gm Boiled And Drained Mogri , Mint Leaves, 1 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves.

5. After All The Ingredients In The Pan Again  Mix All The Ingredients Well, After Mixing Cook The Boiled And Drained Mogri For 2 To 3 Minutes.After 2 To 3 Minutes , Check The Mogri Recipe If All The Water In Mogri Complete Soaked Then Mogri Recipe Is Ready To Serve And If Not Then Cook The Recipe For 1 Minute More. After 1 Minute Once All Water Completely Soaked Mogri Recipe Is Ready To Serve Or Garnish.

Garnish :
- Garnish Mogro (Beetle) With Fresh Coriander Leaves And Lemon Slice.

Mogri Recipe Is Tasty, Spicy And Delicious To Eat. All The Ingredients Which Are Used To Make Mogri Recipe Is Easily Available At Home And Can Make It With Least Amount Of Time. This Recipe Is Winter Special And Mainly Loved And Eat In Winter Times Because Somewhere Mogri Is Hot And Which Provides Heat To Body And In Winter Heat Is Mainly Required To Heat Our Body.
