Ingredients For Making Gajar Ka Halwa :
- 1/2 Kg Carrot
- 2 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Low Fat Milk
- 2 To 3 Cardamon Pieces
- 250 Gm Smashed Mawa
- 1/2 Tsp Poppy Seeds
- 2 To 3 Tsp Finely Chopped Cashew Nuts
- 2 To 3 Tsp Almonds
- 4 Tsp Ghee

Method For Making Gajar Ka Halwa:
1. First Of All, Take 1/2 Kg Carrots , After Taking Carrot Peel Off Carrots Properly After Peeling Off Carrots, Wash The Peeled Of Carrots 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water After Washing Peeled Carrots, Properly Grate The Carrots After Grating Carrots Take A Pan Add 4 Tsp Ghee And Heat It.
2. Once Ghee Becomes Hot Add 2 To 3 Smashed Cardamom Pieces In The Hoted Ghee After Adding Cardamom Seeds Add Grated Carrots In The Pan After Adding Grated Carrots In The Pan Add 2 Cup Sugar, 1 Cup Low Fat Milk In The Pan. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Mix All The Ingredients Properly.
3. After Mixing All The Ingredients Properly Continuously Mix And Cook The Ingredients In The Pan Till The Milk In The Pan Properly Dries. Once Milk Dries Or Carrot Absorb Milk Properly Slow Down The Gas Flame After Slowing Down Gas Flame Add 1/2 Tsp Poppy Seeds, 2 To 3 Tsp Finely Chopped Cashew Nuts, 2 To 3 Tsp Almonds After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly.
4 . After Mixing All The Ingredients Properly In The Slow Flame Of Gas Add 250 Gm Properly Smashed Mawa In The Carrots Halwa After Adding Smashed Mawa Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Cover The Pan After Covering Pan Lid Cook The Ingredients For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Close The Gas Flame After Closing Gas Flame Gajar Halwa Is Ready For Garnishing.
Garnishing:
Garnish Gajar Halwa With Poppy Seeds And Dry Fruits Like Almonds And Cashew Nuts.
