Shahi Paneer Recipe



How To Make Shahi Paneer Recipe


Serving 3 To 4 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients:

Ingredients For Making Shahi Paneer:

- 400 Gm Low Fat Dicely Chopped Paneer

- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Smashed Ginger (Optional)

- 3 To 4 Chopped Tomatoes

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- 2 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 2 Tsp Cashew Nuts

- 100 Gm Fresh Cream

- 2 Tsp Oil

- Water (If Needed In Gravy)

Garnishing:

- Grated Low Fat Paneer

- Coriander Leaves

Method For Frying Paneer:

1. First Of All, Take 400 Gm Low Fat Paneer After Taking Paneer Dicely Chopped The Low Fat Paneer After Chopping Paneer Take A Pan Add 2 Cups Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add Dicely Chopped Low Fat Paneer After Adding Paneer Fry The Paneer From Both The Sides Till Both The Sides Of Paneer Become Golden Color Once Both Sides Become Golden Color Take Out The Panner In Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil Should Get Removed. After Removing Excess Oil Take Out Paneer In A Bowl.

Method For Making Shahi Paneer:

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 2 Tsp Cashew Nuts After Taking Cashew Nuts Soak The Cashew Nuts In 2 Cup Warm Water For 1 To 2 Hours. After 1 To 2 Hours Drain All The Water From The Cashew Nuts After Draining Water From Cashew Nuts Take A Blender Jar Add 2 Tsp Soaked Cashew Nuts, 2 To 3 Tsp Water After Adding Cashew Nuts In The Blender Jar Blend It Properly.
After Blending Properly Make A Smooth Paste Of Cashew Nuts. After Making Smooth Paste Of Cashew Nuts Take Out The Cashew Nuts Paste From The Blender Jar.

2. After Taking Out, Cashew Nuts Paste Take Same Blender Jar Add 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly,  1 Smashed Ginger, 3 To 4 Chopped Tomatoes After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Blender Jar Blend It Properly After Blending Make Smooth Paste. After Making Smooth Paste Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It.

3. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds In The Pan After Adding Cumin Seeds Cook The Cumin Till 2 To 3 Minutes Till Cumin Seeds Become Light Golden Color. Once Cumin Seeds Become Golden Color Add Ginger Tomatoes Paste,  1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder  After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Mix All The Ingredients Properly.

4. After Mixing All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Add Cashew Nuts Paste, 100 Gm Fresh Cream, After Adding Cashew Nuts Paste And Cream In The Pan Mix All The Ingredients Properly In Medium Flame Of Gas Till Oil Separates From Gravy. Once Oil Starts Seprating In The Gravy Add 400 Gm Fried Low Fat Dicely Chopped Paneer. Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder In The Pan.

5. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Add Water (According To The Gravy If Needed)  After Adding Water Cover The Pan Lid After Cover Pan Lid Cook The Recipe For 2 To 3 Minutes In Slow Flame Of Gas. After 2 To 3 Minutes Again Open The Pan After Opening Pan Lid Once Add 1 Tsp Garam Masala In The Recipe After Adding Garam Masala Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly. After Mixing Close The Gas Flame. After Closing Gas Flame. Shahi Paneer Recipe Is Ready For Garnishing.

Garnishing:
Garnish Shahi Paneer Recipe With Grated Low Fat Paneer And Coriander Leaves.

Also Add Water According To Gravy For Recipe, But Always Keep The Gravy Thick.
