Method For Making Fried Saloni:
1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 2 Cups Maida Flour, 1/2 Cup Semolina (Suji), 1/2 Tsp Ajwain, Salt To Taste, 2 Tsp Oil, Water (As Much As Required To Make Smooth Dough), After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing Properly, Make A Thick Dough. After Making Thick Dough Rest The Dough For 1/2 Hour. After 1/2 Hour, Make A Big Ball Of That Dough, After Making Big Ball Make Round Shape Thick Chapati Shape.
2. After Making Thick Chapati Shape Take A Knife After Taking Knife Cut The Maded Thick Chapati In Longi Tudional Pieces After Cutting Longi Tudional Pieces Shape Make The Another Saloni Like This After Making All The Saloni ’s Take A Pan And Add 2 Cups Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot, Add The Cutted Longi Tudtional Shape In The Pan.
3. After Adding Fry The Maded Saloni Pieces Till Both Sides Of Saloni Become Golden Color. Once Both Sides Become Golden Color Take Out The Fried Saloni In The Tissue Paper To Remove Excess Oil. After Removing Excess Fried Saloni Is Ready To Eat With Hot Tea Or Coffee.
