How To Make Fried Taro Root

Ingredients :
- 250 Gm Taro Root (Arbi)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Cup Water
- 1 Cup Oil
Garnish :
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Tomato Sauce
Method :
1. First Of All Take A Pressure Cooker And Add 250 Gm Taro Root, 1 Tsp Salt, 2 Cup Water. Now Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It Till 2 Whistle. After 2 Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker Lid And Drain All Water From Taro Root. After Drain All Water From Taro Root Now Peel Taro Root.
2. After Peel All Taro Root Then Take A Pan Add 1 Cup Oil And Heat It . Once Oil Gets Hot Add Arbi And Fry It. Fry This Arbi Till Half Golden Color. After Fry Half Golden Color Take Out The Arbi In Plate And Press It Gentely. After Press Arbi Then Fry Arbi In Pan Till Golden Color In Low Flame . After Golden Color Arbi Then Take Out This Arbi In Tissue Paper And Remove Exess Oil From It.
3. After Remove Exess Oil From Arbi Is Ready And Transfer Arbi In To Serving Plate Is Ready. Now Take A Bowl Add 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala . After Adding All Ingredients Mix It Well. After Mixing All Ingredients Then Sprinkle This Masala In To The Arbi. Now Serve Taro Root With Fresh Coriander Leaves, Tomato Sauce.
