Vegetable Cheese Pizza



How To Make Vegetable Cheese Pizza

Ingredients :

Ingredients For Making Pizza:

- 1 Pizza Base

- 1 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Making Pizza Topping :

- 1 Tsp Pizza Sauce

- 1/2 Cup Cabbage

- 1 Chopped Capsicum

- 100 Gm Paneer

- 1 Chopped Tomato

- 1 Tsp Olives

- 1 Chopped Onion

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 5 Tsp Greated Mozzarella Cheese

- 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce

-  2 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Oregano

- Chilly Flakes

- Chopped Capsicum

- Tomato Sauce

Method :

Method For Making Pizza Topping:

1. First Of All, Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Cup Cabbage, 1 Finely Chopped Capsicum, 100 Gm Finely Chopped Paneer, 1 Finely Chopped Onion. After Adding All The Above Listed Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Add Add Salt To Taste ,1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder. After Adding Salt And Red Chilly Powder Cook All The Ingredients For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Off The Flame. After Offing Gas Flame Pizza Topping Is Ready.

Method For Making Pizza:

1. After Making Pizza Topping, Take A Non Stick Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil , And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Carefully Add 1 Pizza Base. After Adding Pizza Base Cook The Pizza Base From Both Sides For 4 To 5 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas.

2. After 4 To 5 Minutes, Add 1 Tsp Pizza Sauce And 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce On One Side Of Pizza Base. After Adding Tomato Sauce And Pizza Sauce Spread Both The Sauce In The Pizza After Spreading Add 2 Tsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese After Adding Cheese Spread The Cheese All Over The Pizza Base. After Spreading Cheese Add 2 Tsp Of All Cooked Vegetables After Adding Cooked Vegetables Again Spread The Cooked Vegetables Allover The Pizza.

3. After Spreading Vegetables Add 1 Chopped Tomato, 1 Tsp Olives, 3 Tsp Grated Mozzarella Cheese. After Adding All The Ingredients Cover The  Pan Lid, After Covering Cook The Pizza For 7 To 8 Minutes. After 7 To 8 Minutes Open The Pan Lid And Check The Pizza That Tomatoes And Cheese Are Properly Cooked And Cheese Starting Melting, If Yes Pizza Is Ready To Garnish And If Not, Cook The Pizza For More 5 Minutes After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame And Delicious Vegetables Pizza Is Ready.

Garnish :

- Garnish Pizza With Oregano, Chilly Flakes, Chopped Capsicum And Serve With Tomato Sauce.
