How To Make Sabudana Khichdi

Ingredients :
- 1 Cup Sabudana
- 2 Cup Water
- 2 Tsp Peanut
- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Finley Chopped Potato
- 1 Finley Chopped Tomato
- 4 To 5 Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Oil
Garnish :
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
- Lemon Slice
- Potato Chips
Method :
1. First Of All, Take 1 Cup Sabudana In A Bowl, After Taking Sabudan Soak It In 2 Cup Normal Water For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour, Drain All The Water From Sabudana. After Draining Water From Sabudana Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 4 To 5 Curry Leaves, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 1 Finley Chopped Potato. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing Cook All The Ingredients Till Potato Become Golden Color.
2. Once Potato Becomes Golden Color Add Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder. After All Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Add 1 Finley Chopped Tomato And Washed And Drained Sabudana. After Adding Sabudana And Tomato Again Mix All The Ingredients Well, After Mixing Cook The Ingredients For 10 Minutes In Low Flame, After 10 Minutes Off The Gas Flame, After Offing Gas Flame Take Out The Sabudana Khichdi In Serving Plate After Taking Out Add 1 Tsp Lemon Juice In Sabudana Khichdi After Adding Lemon Juice Mix The Sabudana Khichdi Properly After Mixing, Sabudana Khichdi Is Ready To Serve.
Garnish :
Garnish Sabudana Khichdi With Fresh Coriander Leaves, Lemon Slice, Potato Chips .
