Samo Rice


How To Make Samo Rice


Preparation Time 15 Minutes


Serving 2 People




Ingredients :

- 1 Cup Samo Rice

- 2 Finley Chopped Tomatoes

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- 1 Finley Chopped Potato

- 2 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Cup Water

- 1 Tsp Oil

Serving :

- Potato Chips

Method :

1. First Of All, Take 1 Cup Samo Rice In The Bowl After Taking Samo Rice Soak 1 Cup Samo Rice In 2 Cup Water For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour, Wash The Samo Rice With Normal Water For 2 To 3 Times. After Washing Samo Rice With Normal Water,  Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds,1 Finley Chopped Potato, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Cook All The Ingredients For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Add Washed And Soaked 1 Cup Samo Rice.

2.After Adding Samo Rice Mix All The Ingredients Well After Mixing All The Ingredients Again Cook All The Ingredients For 5 Minutes In Medium Flame Of Gas. After 5 Minutes Add 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, Salt To Taste, 2 Cup Water. After Adding All The Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Add 2 Finley Chopped Tomatoes, 2 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves. After Adding All The Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Properly Cook The Samo Rice For 5 Minutes.

3.After 5 Minutes, Samo Rice Starts Boiling Once It Stops Boiling, Close The Pan Lid And Cook It For More 5 To 10 Minutes Minutes In Low Flame. After 5 To 10 Minutes Open The Pan Lid And Check Whether Samo Rice Boiled Or Cook Properly If Yes, Close The Gas Flame And If Not, Cook The Samo Rice For More 5 Minutes, After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame, After Offing Gas Flame Samo Rice Recipe Is Ready To Serve It.

Serving :
Serve Samo Rice With Potato Chips.
