Homemade Rasgulla


How To Make Homemade Rasgulla


Preparation Time: 45  Minutes


Serving 5 To 6 People




Ingredients :

- 1 Litre Milk

- 2 Tsp Lemon Juice

- 2 Tsp Ararot

- 2 Cup Sugar

- 4 Cup Water

- 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder

- 1/2 Cup Rose Water

Method :

1. First Of All,Take A Pan Add 1 Litre Milk, After Adding Milk In Pan Boil The Milk Properly. After Boiling Milk Add 2 Tsp Lemon Juice. After Adding Lemon Juice In The Milk , Stir The Milk Continuously With The Help Of Spatula, Till Solid And Liquid Milk Portion Of Milk Start Separate Once It Start Seprating, Close The Gas Flame. After Seprating Add The Solid Portion(Chenna) Of
Milk In Plain Muslin Cloth. After Adding Solid Portion Of Milk In Muslin Cloth Press The Muslin Cloth, After Pressing Drain All The Liquid Portion In The Bowl.

2. After Draining Pour 2 Cup Water In Solid Portion After Pouring Water, Again Press The Solid Portion Properly After Draining All The Water Transfer All The Solid Portion(Chenna) In To A Plate. After Transferring Solid Portion In Plate, Crumble The Solid Portion With The Help Of Hand, After Crumbling Add 2 Tsp Ararot. After Adding Aarot Mash The Solid Portion (Chenna) With The
Help Of Hand Till It Become Soft. Once It Become Soft, Make Small Balls Of That Solid Portion.

3. After Making Small Balls Of That Portion Again Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Sugar, 2 Cup Water, 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Boil The Sugar Or Other Ingredients For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes Add Small Balls Which Made Above In to The Sugar Syrup, After Adding Small Balls In The Syrup Cover The Pan Lid, After Covering Cook The
Ingredients For 15 Minutes In Medium Flame. After 15 Minutes Add 1/2 Cup Rose Water, After Adding Rose Water Again Close The Pan Lid And Cook It For More 5 Minutes.

4.After 5 Minutes, Open The Pan Lid And You Will See That Rasgulla Is Getting Puff Up Once Rasgulla Getting Puff Up Turn Off The Gas Flame After Turning Off Gas Flame Cool Down The Rasgulla. After Cooling  Keep The The Rasgulla’s Inside The Refrigerator For 1/2 Hour. After 1/2 Hour, Take Out Rasgulla From Refrigerator , After Taking Out, Rasgulla Is Ready To Serve.
