Daal Kachori


How To Make Daal Kachori


Preparation Time 25 Minutes


Serving 2 To 3 People



Ingredients :

Ingredients For Making Kachori Dough :

- 1 Cup Maida Flour

- 1 Pinch Baking Soda

- Salt To Taste

- Water For Making Dough

- 3 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Making Kachori Filling :

- 1/2 Cup Yellow Split Gram

- 1 Tsp Besan

- 1/4 Black Salt

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Pinch Aforesaid

- 1/4 Black Pepper

- 1/2 Tsp Fennel ( Saunf )

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Fry Kachori :

- 2 Cup Oil

Serving :

- Tomato Sauce

Method :

Method For Making Kachori Filling :

1. First Of All, Take 1/2 Cup Yellow Split Gram In A Bowl, After Taking Yellow Spilt Gram Soak The Yellow Split Gram In 1 Cup Water For 1/2 Hour. After 1/2 Hour, Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Pinch Aforesaid, 1 Tsp Besan, 1/4 Black Pepper, 1/2 Tsp Fennel. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Properly Cook the Above Ingredients For 2 To 3 Minutes.

2. After 2 To 3 Minutes, Add 1/4 Black Salt, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala, Fresh Coriander Leaves. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Add 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder. After Adding All The Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Well After Mixing Cook All The Ingredients For 2 Minutes. After 2 Minutes, Off The Flame, After Offing Gas Flame Take Out The Mixture In To The Plate , After Taking Out Mixture In The Plate Cool Down The Kachori Mixture For 10 To 15 Minutes.

Method For Making Kachori Dough :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Maida Flour, 1 Pinch Baking Soda, Salt To Taste, Water For Making Dough And 3 Tsp Oil After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Well , After Mixing All The Ingredients Make A Smooth Dough After Making A Smooth Dough Rest The Dough For 1/2 Hour. After 1/2 Hour, Make Small Balls Of That Dough After Making Small Balls Of The Dough Roll The Small Balls, After Rolling Make A Round Shape Chapati. After Making Round Shape Chapati Of The Dough Balls Add 1 Tsp Of Mixture In The Middle Of The Chapati, After Adding Mixture In The Middle Fold The Chapati From All The Sides, After Folding Chapati Slowly Slowly Press The Chapati From All The Sides After Pressing, Make Another Kachories Like This, After Making All The Kachories, Kachori Is Ready For Frying.

Method For Frying Kachori:

1. After Making All The Kachories Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add Kachori One By One After Adding Kachori Cook The Kachori From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. Once Both Sides Become Golden Color, Take Out Kachori In To The Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil Should Get Removed From Kachori, After Taking Out Kachori In The Tissue Paper, Kachori Is Ready To Serve.

Serving :
- Serve Kachori With Tomato Sauce.
