Sabudana Vade


How To Make Sabudana Vade


Preparation Time 10 To 15 Minutes


Serving 3 People




Ingredients :

- 1 Cup Sabudana

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 2 Tsp Peanuts

- 1 Greated Potato

- 2 Cup Oil

- 2 Cup Water

Serving :

- Low Fat Curd

- Tomato Sauce

Method :

1. First Of All, Take 1 Cup Sabudana In A Bowl After Taking Sabudana Soaked Sabudana In 2 Cup Water For 1/2 Hour. After 1/2 Hour Drain All Water From Sabudana. After Draining Water From Sabudana, Take A Another Bowl Add Soaked Sabudana, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 1 Grated Potato. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl, Mix All The Ingredients Well
With The Help Of Spoon. After Mixing Ingredients Properly, Add 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, Fresh Coriander Leaves, 2 Tsp Peanuts. After All The Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Well With The Help Of Spoon.

2. After Mixing All The Ingredients Grease Hand With Oil After Greasing Hand Take Small Portion of Sabudana Mixture After Taking Mixture Carefully Make A Small Balls Of That Mixture After Making Balls, Gently Press It The Balls. After Pressing Make The Another Balls Of Sabudana Mixture One By One And Press It Gently, After Making Sabudana Vada Is Ready To Fry.

3. After Making Balls Of Sabudana Vada, Take A Pan Add 2 Cups Oil  And Heat It.Once Oil Gets Hot Carefully Add Sabudana Vada In The Oil. After Adding Sabudana Vada In The Oil, Fry The Sabudana Vada Till Both The Sides Of Sabudana Vada Become Golden Color. Once Both Sides Become Golden Color,Take Out The Sabudana Vada In To The Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil Can Easily Get Removed. After Taking Out Sabudana Vada Fry The Another Sabudana Vada Liked This. After Frying And Taking Out In Tissue Paper, Serve The Sabudana Vada In To The Serving Plate. After Serving Sabudana Vada Is Ready To Eat Or Serve.

Serving :
Serve Sabudana Vada With Curd And Tomato Sauce.
