Light Vada Pav


How To Make Light Vada Pav


Preparation Time 15 Minutes


Serving 2 People




Ingredients :

Ingredients For Making Vada:

- 6 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes

- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds

- 1 Tsp Fennel

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 2 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1 Cup Boiled Pea

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1 Cup Besan

- 2 Cup Oil

- 1 Pinch Soda

- 1/2 Cup Water

For Roasting Pav :

- Pav

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder

- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds

- 1 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1 Tsp Oil

- 1 Pinch Red Food Color

- 2 Tsp Butter

Ingredients For Fry Green  Chilly:

- 250 Gm Green Chilly

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 2 Tsp Oil

Serving :

- Tomato Sauce

- Fry Green Chilly


Method :

Method For Making Vada:

1. First Of All, Take Bowl Add 1 Cup Besan, 1 Pinch Soda, Salt To Taste, 1/2 Cup Water. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Well , After Mixing Make A Smooth Paste. After Making A Smooth Paste, Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It.  Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 6 Boiled And Mashed Potatoes, 1 Tsp Fennel, After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Cook The Mixture For 5 Minutes.

2. After 5 Minutes, Add Salt To Taste, 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder 1 Cup Boiled Pea, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala. After All The Above Ingredients In The Mixture, Add 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, 2 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Again Mix The Mixture  After Mixing Leave The Mixture For 5 Minutes.After 5 Minutes Take Out The Mixture In The Plate After Taking Out, Cool Down The Mixture For 5 To 10 Minutes. After 5 To 10 Minutes, Make Medium Shape Balls Of That Mixture.

3. After Making Small Balls Of The Mixture, Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Take A Small Ball Of Mixture Dip In To Besan Paste And Fry It In The Oil, After Dipping In Oil, Cook The Mixture Ball From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Of Mixture Balls Become Golden Color. Once Both Sides Become Golden Color, Take Out The Vada In To The Serving Plate.



Method For Roasting Pav :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds, 1 Tsp Garam Masala, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1 Pinch Red Food Color. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Medium Hot Add The Oil In To Masala Bowl. After Adding Oil In To The Masala, Again Mix The Masala Well.

2. After Mixing Take A Pav,Cut The Pav In Middle After Cutting Pav In Middle, Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Butter Roast The Middle Cutted Pav From Both Sides After Roasting Pav, Spread The Above Maded Masala In To The Middle Of The Pav. After Adding Masala, Add Vada In To The Middle Of The Pav. After Adding Vada, In The Middle Vada Pav Is Ready To Serve.

Method For Frying Green Chilly:

1. First Of All, Take 250 Gm Green Chilly After Taking Green Chilly Wash The Green Chillies 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water, After Washing Remove The Above Tope Of The Green Chilly After Removing Above Tope, Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add Green Chillies In The Oil After Adding Green Chillies Fry The Green Chillies From Both The Sides Till
Both The Sides Of Green Chilly Become Golden Color Once Both Sides Of Green Chilly Become Golden Color Close The Pan Lid And Cook The Green Chillies For 15 Minutes.

2.After 15 Minutes Open The Pan Lid And Check The Green Chillies. If Green Chillies Become Soft It Means Green Chillies Is Ready If Not Cook The Green Chillies For More 5 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas. After 5 Minutes Take Out The Green Chillies In The Serving Plate After Taking Out Add 1 Tsp Chaat Masala.  After Adding Chaat Masala Mix The Green Chillies Properly So That Chaat Masala Mix With Green Chillies. After Mixing Fried Green Chillies Is Ready To Serve With Vada Pav.

Serving :
Serve Vada Pav With Tomato Sauce And Fry Green Chilly.
