Khorak


How To Make Khorak


Preparation Time 20 To 25 Minutes


Ingredients :




- 1 Cup Wheat Flour

- 1 Cup Ghee ( Clarfied Butter)

- 1 Cup Sugar Soaked In Water

- 4 To 5 Piece Gondh

- 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds

- 2 Piece Cardamom

- 5 To 6 Pieces Raisin

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Almond

- 4 Tsp Grated Coconut

- 2 Tsp Cashew Nuts

Garnish :

- 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Almond

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Sugar, After Adding Sugar Soak The Sugar In 2 Cups Water After Soaking The Sugar Leave The Sugar For 15 Minutes. After 15 Minutes Take A Pan Add 1 Cup Ghee And Heat It. Once Ghee Gets Hot Add 4 To 5 Pieces Of Gondh After Adding Gondh In The Pan, Cook The Gondh Till Gondh Become Golden Color. Once Gondh Become Golden Color, Take Out The Gondh In The Plate After Taking Out Gondh In The Plate, Crush The Golden Color Gondh With The Help Of Spoon.

2. After Taking Out Gondh And Crushed With The Help Of Spoon, Take The Same Pan In Which You Cooked Gondh, After Taking Pan Add 1 Cup Ghee And Heat Once Ghee Gets Hot, Add Crushed Gondh , 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds, 2 Piece Cardamom, 5 To 6 Pieces Raisin, 1 Cup Wheat Flour. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Cook The Ingredients Or Wheat Flour Till Wheat Flour Become Golden Color.

Note: When You Were Cooking The Ingredients Continuously Mix The Ingredients While Cooking.

3. After Mixing And Cooking The Wheat Flour Add 1 Cup Sugar Which Is Soaked In Water, 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Almond,4 Tsp Grated Coconut, 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Cashew Nuts . After All The Above Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing Off The Gas Flame.After Offing The Gas Flame Take A Plate Grease The Plate With Ghee. After Greasing The Plate With Oil, Pour The Khorak Mixture In To The Greased Ghee Plate. After Pouring Sperad The Khorak Mixture Well. After Spreading Khorak Mixture Khorak Is Ready For Garnishing.

Garnish :
1. Garnish The Khorak With 2 Tsp Finley Chopped Almonds. After Adding Finely Chopped Almonds Slowly Spread The Almonds All Over The Khorak Mixture After Spreading Almonds, Leave The Mixture For One Hour. After One Hour Cut The Pieces Of Khorak. After Cutting Khorak Is Ready To Serve.
