Palak Paneer



How To Make Palak Paneer


Serving 2 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients For Making Palak Paneer:

- 1/2 Kg Spinach (Palak)

- 250 Gm Dicely Chopped Low Fat Paneer

- 2 To 3 Chopped Onion

- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly

- 2 To 3 Garlic Pieces

- 3 To 4 Medium Size Tomatoes

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 1 Tsp Garam Masala

- 2 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 2 To 3 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Frying Paneer:

- 2 Cups Oil

Garnishing:
Greated Low Fat Paneer

Method For Frying Paneer:

1. First Of All, Take 250 Gm Low Fat Paneer After Taking Paneer Dicely Chopped The Low Fat Paneer After Chopping Paneer Take A Pan Add 2 Cups Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add Dicely Chopped Low Fat Paneer After Adding Paneer Fry The Paneer From Both The Sides Till Both The Sides Of Paneer Become Golden Color Once Both Sides Become Golden Color Take Out The Panner In Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil Should Get Removed. After Removing Excess Oil Take Out Paneer In A Bowl.

Method For Making Palak Paneer:

1. After Frying Paneer, Take A Pressure Cooker Add 1/2 Kg Spinach (Palak), 1 Cup Water After Adding Spinach And Water In The Pressure Cooker Close The Pressure Cooker Lid After Closing The Pressure Cooker Lid Cook Both The Ingredients Till 2 Whistle After 2 Whistle Close The Gas Flame. After Closing Gas Flame Leave The Pressure Cooker For 5 To 10 Minutes.

2. After 5 To 10 Minutes Open The Pressure Cooker Lid After Opening Take Out The Boiled Spinach In The Bowl But Remember You Should Drain The Water From Spinach After Taking Out Spinach Take A Blender Jar Add 2 To 3 Chopped Onion, 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly, 2 To 3 Garlic Pieces After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Blender Jar Bend The Ingredients Properly And Make A Smooth Paste.

3. After Blending All The Ingredients Properly And Making Smooth Paste, Take Another Blender Jar Add 3 To 4 Chopped Tomatoes After Adding Tomatoes Blend The Tomatoes Properly After Blending Make A Smooth Pure. After Making Smooth Pure Take A Pressure Cooker Add 2 To 3 Tsp Oil And Heat It.

4.  Once Oil Gets Hot Add Onion - Green Chilly Paste After Adding Paste In The Pressure Cooker Cook The Paste Till Paste Become Golden Color Once Paste Become Golden Color Add Tomatoes Pure In The Pressure Cooker After Adding Tomatoes Pure In The Pressure Cooker Add Salt To Taste,  1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1 Tsp Garam Masala, 2 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves.

5. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker Add Boiled And Drained Spinach In The Pressure Cooker. After Adding Spinach In The Pressure Cooker Cook The Above Ingredients For 2 To 3 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas After 2 To 3 Minutes Add Fried Paneer In The Mixture After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker Mix All The Ingredients Properly.

6. After Mixing All The Ingredients Close The Pressure Cooker Lid After Closing Cooker Lid Cook The Ingredients Till One Whistle. After One Whistle Close The Gas Flame After Offing Gas Flame Leave The Pressure Cooker For 5 Minutes After 5 Minutes Open The Cooker Lid After Opening Take Out Palak Paneer Recipe In Serving Bowl After Taking Out Recipe In Serving Bowl Palak Paneer Recipe Is Ready For Garnishing.

Garnishing:
Garnish Palak Paneer Recipe With Grated Paneer.
