Daal Fritters



How To Make Daal Fritters

Serving 4 To 5 People




Ingredients For Making Daal Fritters Batter:

- 250 Gm Black Eyed Beans Gram ( Chawle ki Daal)

- 2 Tsp Green Garlic

- 4 Finely Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Ginger

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Fennel (Saunf)

- 1 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves (Kasturi Methi)

Ingredients For Frying Daal Fritters:

- 2 Cups Oil

Garnish:

- Coriander Chutney

- Tomato Sauce

Method:

Method For Making Daal Fritters Batter:

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 250 Gm Black Eyed Beans Gram ( Chawle Ki Daal) After Taking Black Eyed Beans Gram In A Bowl Wash The Gram 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water, After Washing Black Eyed Beans Gram In Normal Water Soak The Gram For 4 To 5 Hours.

2. After 4 To 5 Hours, Again Wash The Soaked Black Eyed Beans  In Normal Water. After Washing Again Remove The Water From The Black Eyed Beans Gram After Removing Water Take A Blender Jar Add 2 Tsp Green Garlic, 4 Finely Chopped Green Chilly, 1 Finely Smashed Or Chopped Ginger, Soaked And Washed Black Eyed Beans Gram After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Blender Jar Blend The Ingredients Properly.

3. After Blending All The Ingredients Take Out The Blended Mixture In A Bowl After Taking Out Mixture Add Salt To Taste,  1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Fennel (Saunf), 1 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves (Kasturi Methi), After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Properly.

4. After Mixing All The Ingredients Properly Leave The Mixture For 5 To 10 Minutes, After 5 To 10 Minutes Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Daal Fritters Batter Is Ready For Frying.

Method For Frying Daal Fritters:

1. After Making And Resting Daal Fritters Mixture Take A Pan Add 2 Cups Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Slowly Slowly Add 1 - 1 Tsp Of Mixture In The Heated Oil For Frying. After Adding Mixture In The Oil Fry The Fritters From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color.

2. Once Both Sides Of Fritters Become Golden Color Take Out The Fritters In Tissue Paper To Remove Excess Oil From Daal Fritters. After Taking Out Fritters In The Tissue Paper Daal Fritters Is Ready To Eat With Coriander Chutney And Tomato Sauce.

Garnishing:
After Making Daal Fritters Garnish The Fritters With Coriander Chutney And Tomato Sauce.
