Healthy Daal




How To Make Healthy Daal


Cooking Time 10 Minutes


Serving 2 People




Ingredients For Making Healthy Daal :

- 1 Cup Yellow Spilt Gram ( Moong Daal )

- 1 Cup Water

- 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida

- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Black Salt

- 1/2 Tsp Fennel ( Saunf )

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1 Tsp Besan

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 1 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Fennel

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Yellow Split Gram After Taking Yellow Split Gram In The Bowl Soak  1 Cup Yellow Spilt Gram ( Moong Daal ) In 1 Cup Water For 1 Hour.

2. After 1 Hour, Drain All The Water From Yellow Split Gram After Draining Water From Yellow Split Gram Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Aforesaid, 1/2 Tsp Fennel ( Saunf ), 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Mix All The Ingredients Well.

3. After Mixing All The Ingredients Well, Add Soaked And Drained Split Gram, 1 Tsp Besan,  Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder,  1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder , Fresh Coriander Leaves. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Again Mix All The Ingredients Well With The Help Of Spoon After Mixing Cook The Ingredients For 10 Minutes In Low Flame.

4. After 10 Minutes Close The Gas Flame After Offing Gas Flame Take Out The Daal In The Serving Plate After Taking Out Healthy Daal, Healthy Daal Is Ready For Garnishing And Serving.

Garnish:
Garnish Healthy Daal With Fennel.
