Mirchi Vada



How To Make Mirchi Vada

Serving 2 To 3 People




Ingredients :

- 2 Large Green Chilly

Ingredients For Making Mirchi Vada Batter :

- 1 Cup Besan

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Pinch Baking Soda

- 1/2 Cup Water

- 3 Cup Oil

Ingredients For Making Mirchi Vada Filling :

- 4 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 3 Tsp Boiled Pea

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- 2 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

Serving :

- Coriander Chutney

Method For Making Mirchi Vada:

Method For Making Mirchi Vada Filling :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 4 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes, 3 Tsp Boiled Pea. After Adding Both Mashed And Boiled Potatoes And Pea Add Salt To Taste,1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Well With The Help Of Spoon After Mixing Add 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala, 2 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Again Mirchi Vada Filling Is Ready.

Method For Making Mirchi Vada Batter :

1. After Making Mirchi Vada Filling Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Besan, Salt To Taste, 1 Pinch Baking Soda, 1/2 Cup Water. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Besan Mix All The Ingredients Well And Make Thick Batter Of Mirchi Vada.

Method For Making Mirchi Vada :

1. After Making Both Mirchi Vada Filling And Batter Take 2 Large Green Chilly After Taking Green Chilly Wash The Green Chilly In 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Green Chilly  Cut Green Chilly In To The Middle, After Cutting Remove All Seeds In Green Chilly. After Cutting And Removing Seeds In The Middle Of Tge Green Chilly, Fill The Mirchi Vada Potatoes Filling In To Green Chilly.

Method For Frying Mirchi Vada:

1. After Adding Filling In To The Middle Of Green Chilly Take A Pan Add 3 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Dip The Green Chilly In Besan Batter, After Dipping Mirchi Vada In Besan Battar Slowly Dip The Mirchi Vada In Oil After Adding Mirchi Vada Fry The Mirchi Vada Both The Sides Till Both Sides Becime Golden Color. Once Both Sides Become Golden Take Out Mirchi Vada In
To The Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil Should Get Removed From Mirchi Vada After Taking Out Mirchi Vada In Tissue Paper Serve The Mirchi Vada In Serving Plate For Serving And Garnishing, After Taking Out Mirchi Vada In Serving Plate Cut Down The Mirchi Vada Pieces. After Cutting Mirchi Vada Is Ready To Serve.

Serving :
Serve Mirchi Vada With Coriander Chutney.
