Paneer Bhurji



How To Make Paneer Bhurji


Serving For 2 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients :

- 200 Gm Paneer

- 1 Finley Chopped Onion

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 2 Finley Chopped Tomatoes

- Salt To Taste

- 1/4 Turmeric Powder

-1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- 1 Tsp Oil

Garnish :

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 200 Gm Paneer In A Bowl After Taking Paneer In The Bowl Mash The Paneer Properly With The Help Of Spoon After Mashing Paneer Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Finley Chopped Onion, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly.

2. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Well, After Mixing Cook All The Ingredients Till Onion And Green Chilly Become Golden Color. Once Both Onion And Green Chilly Becomes Golden Color Add 2 Finley Chopped Tomato, Salt To Taste, 1/4 Turmeric Powder. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing
Add 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala. After Adding All The Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Add 200 Gm Mashed Paneer.

3. After Adding Mashed Paneer Cook All The Ingredients For 5 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas. After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame, After Offing Take Out Paneer Bhurji In Serving Plate After Taking Out Paneer Bhurji Is Ready For Garnish And Serving.

Garnish :
- Garnish Paneer Bhurji With Fresh Coriander Leaves.
