How To Make Jalebi

Ingredients :
Ingredients For Making Jalebi :
- 1 Cup Wheat Flour
- 2 Tsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Cup Curd
- 1/4 Tsp Yellow Food Color
- 3 Tsp Ghee
- 2 Cup Oil
Ingredients For Making Sugar Syrup :
- 2 Cup Sugar
- 3 Cup Water
- 1 Tsp Rose Water
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Pinch Cardamom Powder
Method :
Method For Making Jalebi:
1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Wheat Flour, 2 Tsp Cornstarch, 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder, After Adding All The Above Flour And Baking Soda Filter All The Flour. After Filtering Flour Add 1/2 Cup Curd, 1/4 Tsp Yellow Food Color After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Well.
2. After Mixing Make A Batter Remember That Batter Should Not Be So Thick Not So Thin. After Making Medium Batter Rest The Batter For 24 Hour. After 24 Hours, Again Mix All The Ingredients Well.
Method For Making Sugar Syrup :
1. After Resting And Mixing Batter Take A Pan Add 3 Cup Water , 2 Cup Sugar, 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Cook The Ingredients Till Sugar Properly Dissolve. Once Sugar Properly Dissolve Properly Add 1 Tsp Rose Water, 1 Pinch Cardamom Powder. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pan Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Cook The Sugar And Ingredients For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame. After Offing Gas Flame Sugar Syrup Is Ready.
Method For Frying Jalebi :
1. After Making Sugar Syrup Take A Pan Add 3 Tsp Ghee, 2 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Take A Plastic Bottle After Taking Plastic Bottle Add The Jalebi Mixture In The Plastic Bottle After Adding Plastic Bottle, Make A Small Hole In The Bottle Cap, After Holing In The Bottle Cap Make A Jalebi Shape In The Hot Oil.
2. After Making Jalebi Shape In The Oil Cook Jalebi Both The Sides Till Both Sides Of Jalebi Properly Cooked Or Fried Once Both Sides Of Jalebi Properly Cooked Or Fried Take Out The Fried Jalebi In The Plate, After Taking Out Jalebi Pour The Fried Jalebi In To The Hot Sugar Syrup. After Pouring Jalebi In Sugar Syrup Leave The Jalebi For 10 To 15 Minutes. After 10 To 15 Minutes Take Out The Jalebi In To Serving Plate. After Taking Out Sweet Jalebi Is Ready.
