How To Make Bread Pakoda

Ingredients For Making Bread Pakoda Filling:

- 5 Boil & Mashed Potato

- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala

- 8 Wheat Bread Slice

- 2 Cup Oil

Ingredients For Making Bread Pakoda Batter :

- 1 Cup Besan

- 1 Pinch Baking Soda

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Cup Water


Garnish :

- Tomato Sauce

- Coriander Chutney

- Chaat Masala

Method Of Making Bread Pakoda:

Method For Making Bread Pakoda Filling :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 5 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Cup Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Add Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala After Adding All The Listed Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Well With The Help Of Spoon.

2. After Mixing The Ingredients Properly Take 2 Wheat Bread Slices Fill The Above Filling Inside Both Bread Slice. After Filling The Mixture Inside The Bread Cut The Bread In Triangle Shape After Cutting Make All Other Bread Pakoda. After Making All Other Bread Pakoda, Bread Pakoda Is Ready.

Method For Making Bread Pakoda Batter :

1. After Cutting The Bread Pakoda’s In Triangle Shape, Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Besan, 1 Pinch Baking Soda, Salt To Taste. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Add 1/2 Cup Water , After Adding Water Mix All The Ingredients Well. After Mixing Make Smooth Batter, Remember That Batter Should Not Be So Thick And Not So Thin. After Making Batter Coat The Batter In To Bread Pakoda. After Coating Bread Pakoda’s Bread Pakoda Is Ready To Fry.

Method For Frying Bread Pakoda’s:

1. After Coating Bread Pakoda’s In Besan Mixture Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Fry Bread Pakoda One By One. Fry The Pakoda Both Sides Till Both Sides Of Bread Pakoda’s Become Golden Color Once Both Sides Of Bread Pakoda’s Become Golden Color Take Out The Bread Pakoda In Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil Should Get Removed From Bread Pakoda’s Once Excess Oil Get Removed Bread Pakoda Is Ready For Garnishing And Serving.

Garnish :

 Garnish Bread Pakoda With Chaat Masala And Serve The Bread Pakoda’s With Tomato Sauce, Coriander Chutney.
