Healthy Non Veg Omelet


How To Make Healthy Non Veg Omelet

Serving For 1 People




Ingredients :

- 1/2 Cup Cauliflower

- 100 Gm Finely Chopped Low Fat Paneer

- 1/2 Cups Kidney Beans

- 2 Finely Chopped Onion

- 2 Finely Chopped Capsicum

- 1 Boiled & Chopped Potatoes

- 2 Whole Eggs

- 2 Egg Whites

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Pinch Black Pepper

- 1 Pinch Garlic Powder

- 2 Tsp Low Fat Curd

- 4 Tsp Tomato Sauce

- Non Sticky Spray

Garnish :
- Lemon Juice

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 2 Whole Eggs, 2 Egg Whites  After Adding Eggs In The Bowl Beat The Both The Eggs Properly With The Help Of Knife Or Spoon After Beating Eggs With Knife Or Spoon, Take A Non Stick Pan Add 3 To 4 Non Stick Spray. After Adding Non Stick Spray In The Pan Add 2 Finely Chopped Onion, 2 Finely Chopped Capsicum, 1/2 Cup Chopped Cauliflower, After Adding All The Above Vegetables In The Pan Properly Sotay The Vegetables For 5 To 10 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas, After 5 To 10 Minutes Close The Pan Lid, After Closing The Pan Lid Cook The Vegetables For 1 Minute.

2. After 1 Minute, Open The Pan Lid And Add 100 Gm Finely Chopped Low Fat Paneer, 1/2 Cups Kidney Beans, 1 Boiled & Chopped Potatoes, Salt To Taste, 1 Pinch Black Pepper, 1 Pinch Garlic Powder. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Add Tomato Sauce In The Vegetables Mixture After Adding Tomato Sauce Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Again Cook The Vegetables Mixture For 2 Minutes. After 2 Minutes Off Gas Flame . After Offing Gas Flame Again Take A Bowl Add 2 Tsp Curd, 1 Tsp Tomato Sauce. After Adding Curd And Tomato Sauce Mix The Ingredients Well With The Help Of Spoon After Mixing Pour The Mixture ( Curd , Tomato Sauce ) In To The Pan. After Pouring The Curd Tomato Mixture In The Vegetables Mixture Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Take Out The Mixture In The Plate.

3. After Taking Out Mixture In The Plate Take Another Pan Or Same Pan Add 3 Times Non Stick Spray, After Adding Spray Add Beated Eggs Which We Beated Above After Adding Beated Eggs Spread The Beated Eggs Properly All Over The Pan After Spreading Cook The Egg From The Sides Till One Side Become Golden Color , Once Egg Become Golden Color, Add Vegetables Mixture On The Cooked Egg After Adding Vegetables Mixture  Fold The Vegetables Egg Omelet From One Side After Folding Again Cook The Egg For 5 Minutes After 5 Minutes Close The Gas Flame After Offing Healthy Non Veg Omelet Is Ready To Serve.

Garnish :
Garnish Or Serve Healthy Non Veg Omelet With Lemon Juice.
