How To Make Puchka

Ingredients :

Ingredients For Making Golgappa :

- 1 Cup Wheat Flour

- 2 Tsp Suji ( Semolina )

- 1 Cup water

- 3 Cup Oil

Ingredients For Making Golgappa Jaljeera :

- 2 Tsp Mint Powder

- 50 Gm Tamarind Soaked In 1 Cup Water

- 2 Cup Water

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Asafoetida

- 2 Tsp Bundi

- 10 To 12 Ice Pieces

Ingredients For Making Golgappa Filling :

- 5 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder

- 2 Tsp Coriander Chutney

Method :

Method For Making Golgappa :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Wheat Flour, 2 Tsp Suji ( Semolina ) After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing All The Above Ingredients Add 1 Cup Water, After Adding Water Again Mix All The Ingredients After Mixing Make A Tight Dough, After Making A Tight Dough Of Golgappa Rest The Dough For 1 Hour.

2. After 1 Hour, Make Small Balls Of Golgappa Dough, After Making Small Balls Of Dough Make A Small Size Golgappa. After Making Small Golgappa Take A Pan Add 3 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot, Fry The Golgappa From Both Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color Once Both Sides Become Golden Color Take Out The Golgappa In The Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil Get Easily Removed In Golgappa After Taking Out Cool Down The Golgappa For 1/2 Hour, After 1/2 Hour Golgappa Is Ready.

Method For Making Golgappa Jaljeera :

1. After Making And Cool Down Golgappa Take A Bowl Add 2 Cup Normal Water, Tamarind Water, Salt To Taste , 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder. After Adding All The Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Well With The Help Of Spoon After Mixing, Add 1 Tsp Chaat Masala,1 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder, 1/2 Tsp Aforesaid, 2 Tsp Bundi, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Again Mix All The Ingredients Well, After Mixing Golgappa Or Puchka Jaljeera Is Ready.

Method For Making Golgappa Filling :

1.After Making Golgappa And Jaljeera, Take A Bowl Add 5 Boiled & Mashed Potato, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Add 1 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1 Tsp Cumin Seed Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Chutney. After Adding All The Above Listed Ingredients In The Bowl Mix All The Ingredients Well Woth The Help Of Spoon After Mixing Golgappa Filling Is Ready.

2.After Making Golgappa, Jaljeera And Golgappa Filling Take One By One Golgappa Hole It In The Middle After Holing Add 1 Tsp Golgappa Filling In The Golgappa. After Adding Filling In The Golgappa Golgappa Or Puchka Is Ready To Eat. Eat The Golgappa With Jaljeera.

Serving :
Take A Short Glass Add Jaljeera, After Adding Jaljeera In The Short Glass Serve Jaljeera With Golgappa.
