Healthy Boiled Cabbage



How To Make Healthy Boiled Cabbage Recipe:


Cooking Time 15 Minutes


Serving 2 People




Ingredients:

- 1/2 Kg Finely Chopped Cabbage

- 2 Chopped Green Chilly

- 2 Finely Chopped Onions

- 3 Finely Chopped Tomatoes

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 2 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

Garnishing:

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method For Making Boiled Cabbage:

1. First Of All, Take 1/2 Kg Cabbage, After Taking Cabbage Finely Chopped The Cabbage, After Finely Chopping Cabbage Wash The Chopped Cabbage 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Cabbage Take A Pressure Cooker Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It.

2. Once Oil Gets Hot, Add 2 Finely Chopped Onion, 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly After Adding Onion And Green Chilly Cook Both The Ingredients Till Onion Become Light Golden Color. Once Become Light Golden Color Add 2 To 3 Finely Chopped Tomatoes, Washed And Chopped Cabbage After Adding Tomatoes And Cabbage Add 2 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves,  Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder.

3. After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Close The Pressure Cooker Lid After Closing Pressure Cooker Lid Cook The Ingredients Till 2 To 3 Whistle. After 2 To 3 Whistle, Close The Gas Flame After Offing Gas Flame Leave The Recipe For 5 Minutes Without Opening The Pressure Cooker Lid.

4. After 5 Minutes, Open The Pressure Cooker Lid After Opening Pressure Cooker Lid Again On The Gas Flame After Onning Gas Flame Again Mix All The Boiled Ingredients, After Mixing Cook All The Boiled Ingredients For 5 To 10 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas. After 5 To 10 Minutes Again Mix The Ingredients After Mixing Cover The Cooker Lid .

5. After Covering The Cooker Lid Cook The Ingredients In Low Flame Of Gas For 2 To 3 Minutes Till Recipe Comes To Oil. Once Recipe Comes To Oil Close The Gas Flame. After Offing Gas Flame Take Out The Boiled Cabbage Recipe In Serving Bowl For Garnishing After Taking Out Boiled Cabbage Recipe Is Ready For Garnishing.

Garnishing:
Garnish The Boiled Cabbage Recipe With Fresh Coriander Leaves.
