How To Make Coriander Chutney

Ingredients For Making Coriander Chutney:
- 1 Cup Coriander Leaves
- 2 Chopped Onion
- 2 Chopped Green Chilly
- 4 Chopped Garlic Pieces
- 1 Piece Ginger (Optional)
- 4 Tsp Low Fat Curd
- Salt To Taste
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Garnish :
- 1 Tsp Curd
- Coriander Leaves
Method :
Method For Making Coriander Chutney:
1. First Of All, Take 1 Cup Coriander Leaves After Taking 1 Cup Coriander Leaves Finely Cut The Coriander Leaves. After Cutting Coriander Leaves Wash The Coriander Leaves Properly 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water.
2. After Washing Coriander Leaves, Take A Blender Jar Add 1 Cup Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves, 2 Chopped Onion, 2 Chopped Green Chilly, 4 Chopped Garlic Pieces. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Add 1 Piece Ginger (Optional), Salt To Taste , 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder , 1/2 Lemon Juice. After Adding All The Ingredients In The Blender Jar Properly Blend All The Ingredients Properly, After Blending Properly Make A Smooth Paste.
3. After Blending And Making Smooth Paste Of Coriander Leaves, Take A Bowl Add Half Paste Of Coriander Leaves In The Bowl After Pouring Half Paste Of Coriander Leaves Add 4 Tsp Curd In The Remaining Paste Which Is In The Jar After Adding Curd Again Blend The Paste And Curd Properly. After Blending Curd Along With Coriander Leaves Paste Pour The Remaining Coriander Chutney In To The Same Bowl In Which You Pour The Half Paste. After Pouring The Blender Jar Paste In The Same Bowl Properly Mix The Paste With The Help Of Spoon.
4. After Mixing Taste The Coriander Chutney If Any Ingredients Are Need To Add Then You Again Take The Half Paste And Add In The Blender Jar, Then You Add The Ingredients Which You Think To Be Add, After Adding Again Blend The Ingredients Properly After Blending Pour The Blended Mixture In The Half Portion Of The Coriander Leaves Paste.
Garnishing :
Garnish Coriander Chutney With 1 Tsp Curd , Coriander Leaves.
