Vegetable Cutlets


How To Make Vegetable Cutlets


Serving 5 People


Preparation Time 15 - 20 Minutes




Ingredients :

- 5 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes

- 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Finley Chopped Capsicum

- 1 Finley Chopped Onion

- 4 Tsp Boiled Sprouts

- 1 Finely Chopped Carrot

- 1 Tsp Boiled And Mashed Peas

- 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 5 Tsp Cornflour

- 2 Cup Oil

Serve :

- Tomato Sauce Or Coriander Chutney

Method :

1.Take A Bowl Add 5 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes, 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, 1 Finley Chopped Capsicum (Red, Green Or Yellow), 1 Finley Chopped Onion, 1 Finely Chopped Carrot, 1 Tsp Boiled And Mashed Peas After Adding Above Ingredients In The Bowl Add 4 Tsp Boiled Sprouts, 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves, 1 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds, 1 Tsp Chaat Masala,  Salt To Taste. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly With The Help Of Spoon.

2. After Mixing Properly Add 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 5 Tsp Cornflour. After Adding All The Ingredients Again Mix The Mixture Well After Mixing Again Make A Small Ball Shape ( Cutlets ). After Making Small Balls Of Cutlets Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It . Once Oil Gets Hot Add Small Shape Cutlets One By One After Adding Small Shape Cutlets On The Hot Oil Cook The Vegetable Cutlets  From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. Once Vegetables Cutlets Become Golden Color Take Out The Vegetable Cutlets In The Tissue Paper So That Excess Oil In The Cutlets Gets Removed And After Removing Oil, Vegetables Cutlets Are Ready To Serve.

Serve :
Serve Vegetable Cutlets With Tomato Sauce Or Coriander Chutney

Vegetables Cutlets Recipe Is Tasty.  Delicious And Spicy To Eat. This Recipe Contains A Lot Of Vegetables And Contain Almost All The Varieties Of Vegetables. You Can Any Vegetables Which You Like To Add To Make The Cutlets More Healthy And Spicy At A Same Time. But Don’t Use Bitter Melon In The Cutlets Because It Gives The Bitter Taste To The Cutlets. Except Bitter Melon
You Can Use Any Vegetables. Also All The Ingredients Which Are Used To Make This Recipe Are Easily Available At Home And Can Easily Make It With Least Amount Of Time.
