Coconut Sweet


How To Make Coconut Sweet


Serving 250 Gm


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients :

- 250 Gm Grated Coconut

- 250 Gm Khoya

- 1 Tsp Ghee

- 200 Gm Sugar

- 1 Pinch Yellow Food Color

- 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder

- 1/2 Cup Water

Garnish :

- 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Cashew

- 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Almonds

- 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Pistachios

Method :

1. First Of All, Take A Pan Add 1/2 Cup Water, 200 Gm Sugar After Adding Water And Sugar In The Pan, Boil It Well And Make A One Line Sugar  Syrup. After Making One Line Sugar Syrup, Off The Gas Flame Sugar Syrup Is Ready. After Making Sugar Syrup, Take A Pan Add 250 Gm Khoya After Adding Khoya, Roast It In Low Flame Of Gas, For 20 Minutes. After 20 Minutes, Take Out The Roasted Khoya In The Bowl, After Taking Out, Khoya Again Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Ghee, 250 Gm Grated Coconut In The Pan, After Adding Grated Coconut, Cook It In Medium Flame For 10 Minutes.

2. After 10 Minutes, Add 1/4 Tsp Cardamom Powder, Roasted Khoya, 1 Pinch Yellow Food Color. After Adding All The Above Listed Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing Add Sugar Syrup, After Adding Sugar Syrup Again Mix All Well After Mixing Leave The Mixture For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame. After Offing Gas, Take A Plate Grease The Plate With Ghee. After Greasing Plate With Oil, Pour The Coconut Mixture In The Greased Plate. After Pouring The Coconut Mixture Spread The Mixture All Over The Greased Plate Properly. After Spreading Coconut Sweet Is Ready For Garnishing.

Garnish :

Garnish The Coconut Sweet With  2 Tsp Finely Chopped Cashew, 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Almond, 2 Tsp Finely Chopped Pistachios. After Adding All The Above Dry Fruits Spread It All Over The Sweet, After Spreading Leave The Coconut Sweet For 1 Hour After 1 Hour Cut The Coconut Sweet Pieces. After Cutting Coconut Pieces Coconut Sweet Is Ready To Serve.
