Curry Rice

How To Make Curry Rice

Ingredients For Making Curry Rice:

Ingredients For Rice :

- 3 Cup Rice

- 6 Cup Water

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Curry :

- 1/2 Cup Besen

- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds

- 10 Gm Tarmarind Soked In Water

- 6 To 7 Lady Finger Pieces

- 1  Dicely Sliced Potato

- 50 Gm Cauliflower

- 6 To 7 Curry Leaves

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly

- 1 Finely Chopped Tomato

- 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek ( Methi Dana )

- 3 Cup Water

- 2 Cup Oil

Garnish :

- Sliced Onion

- Sliced Tomato

- Finely Chopped Coiander Leaves

Method :

Method For Making Curry :

1. First Of All, Take 6 To 7 LadyFingers Wash It 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Ladyfingers Cut The Washed LadyFingers In The Middle After Cutting Ladyfinger, Take A Pan Add 2 Cup Oil And Heat It.Once Oil Gets Hot Add 6 To 7 Cutted Lady Finger, 1 Dicely Sliced Potato, 50 Gm Cauliflower, 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly After Adding All The Above Ingredients In The Pressure Cooker, Fry All The Vegetables Till Vegetables Become Golden Color. Once All The Vegetables Inside The Cooker Becomes Golden Color, Take Out The Fried Vegetables In A Plate.

2. After Taking Out, Vegetables Again Take A Pressure Cooker Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It, Once Oil Get Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek. After Adding Mustard Seeds And Fenugreek Cook The Ingredients For 2 To 3 Minutes, After 2 To 3 Minutes Add 6 To 7 Curry Leaves, 1/2 Cup Besen Adter Adding Curry Leaves And Besan Cook The Besan In Low Flame Of Gas, Till Besen Become Golden Color. Once Besan Become Golden Color Add Salt To Taste, 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder.


3.After Adding All The Above Ingredients Add 10 Gm Tamarind Water, 3 Cup Water, 1 Finely Chopped Tomato After Adding All The Ingredients Mix All Ingredients Properly After Mixing Add All Fried Vegetables Which We Fried Above And Take Out In Plate. After Adding Vegetables Again Mix It Properly. After Mixing Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It For 10 Minutes In Low Flame. After 10 Minutes Curry Is Ready To Eat.

Method For Making Rice :

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 3 Cups Rice After Taking Rice Wash The Rice 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water, After Washing Rice Add 6 Cup Water In The Washed Rice And Leave It For 1 Hour, After 1 Hour, Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It.Once Oil Gets Hot Add 3 Cup Rice Along With 6 Cups Water. After Adding Rice In The Pan Add Salt To Taste, After Adding Salt To Taste Mix It Well. After Mixing, Cook The Rice For 5 To 10 Minutes.

2. After 5 To 10 Minutes Rice Start Getting Boiling And Once It Stops Boiling Close The Pan Lid And Cook It For 5 To 10 Minutes In Low Flame Of Gas. After 5 To 10 Minutes Open The Pan Lid And Check The Rice That All The Water Inside Gets Properly And Soaked And Rice Gets Boiled And If Rice Does Not Boiled Properly Cook It More 2 To 3 Minutes After 2 To 3 Minutes, Off Gas Flame And Rice Is Ready To Serve With Curry.

Garnish :
Garnish Curry Rice With Sliced Onion, Sliced Tomato, Fresh Coriander Leaves Coriander Leaves.

This Recipe Is Light As Well As Especially People Like To Make This Recipe In Night, Because Everyone Needs Light Dinner In Night. Also You Can Use Both White Or Brown Rice With Curry.
