Healthy Swanjhane Recipe



How To Make Healthy Swanjhane Recipe With Fried Papad Mixture


Cooking Time 20 To 25 Minutes


Serving 4 People




Ingredients For Swanjhane (Drumstick Recipe):

- 1/2 Kg Swanjhane (Drumstick Flowers)

- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Garlic

- 2 To 3 Finely Chopped Tomatoes

- 1 Green Chilly

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder (Optional)

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Papad Mixture:

- 2 Fried Papad

- Salt To Taste

- 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Wheat Bread:

- 2 Cups Wheat Flour

- Water (As Much As Required For Making A Dough)

- 1/2 Tsp Oil

Garnishing And Serving:

Garnish Swanjhane Recipe With Fresh Coriander Leaves And Then Serve The Swanjhane Recipe With Fried Papad Mixture, Sliced Onion And Lemon Slice

Method For Making Swanjhane Recipe:

1.First Of All, Take 1/2 Kg Swanjhane (Drum Stick Flowers), And Soak It In 2 Cup Boiled Water Overnight. Next Morning, Again Wash The Swanjhane Flowers 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Swanjhane Take A Pressure Cooker Add Washed Swanjhane (Drum Stick Flowers) 2 Cup Water And Cook It Till 2 Whistle. After 2 Whistle Close The Gas Flame And Take Out The Boiled Swanjhane In The Boil Along With Water. After Taking Out Swanjhane,  Properly Drain All The Water From Swanjhane And Keep It In Plate. After Draining Water From Swanjhane, Again Take A Pressure Cooker Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It.

2.  Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Green Garlic, And Cook It Till Green Garlic Become Light Golden Color, Once Green Garlic Become Light Golden Color Add 2 To 3 Finely Chopped Tomatoes, 1 Green Chilly, Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Fry Mango Powder (Optional) ,1 Tsp Coriander Powder, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It Till 1 Whistle, After 1 Whistle, Open The Pressure Lid Add Washed And Boiled Swanjhane (Drum Stick Flowers) After Adding Swanjhane Mix All The Ingredients Properly And Cook It Till All The Water In The Pressure Cooker Properly Soak. Once All The Water Properly Soaked Close The Gas Flame And Healthy Swanjhane Recipe Is Ready.

For Making Papad Mixture:

1. First Of All, Take 2 Fried Papad Crush It Properly, After Crushing Papad Add Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Red Chilly Powder,  1/4 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Take 2 Tsp Oil In The Pan And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Carefully Pour The Heated Oil In The Papad Mixture After Adding Oil Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing Papad Mixture Is Ready To Serve.

For Making Wheat Bread:
1. Take A Bowl And Add 2 Cup Wheat Flour And Add Water And Mix It And Make A Dough. After Making Dough,  Add 1/4 Tsp Oil And Mix It. After Adding Oil Make Small Balls Of Dough And Make Round Shape Bread And Cook It In The Pan From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. After Both The Sides Of Bread Become Golden Color, Bread Is Ready To Serve.
