Fried Samosa


How To Make Fried Samosa


Serving For 4 People


Cooking Time 20 To 30 Minutes




Ingredients For Making Samosa:

Ingredients For Samosa Inner Filling :

- 4 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes

- 1 Tsp Chaat Masala

- 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Cup Boiled Pea

- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds

- 1 Tsp Fennel ( Saunf )

- 1 Tsp Garam Masala

- 2 Tsp Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 1 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Making Samosa Dough :

- 2 Cup Flour ( Maida )

- 2 Tsp Semolina ( Suji )

- 1 Tsp Ajwaine

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tsp Oil

- Water As Required

- 3 Cup Oil For Fry

Garnish :

- Tomato Sauce

- Mint Leaves

Method :

For Making Samosa Filling :

1. First Of All, Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds, 4 Boil & Mashed Potatoes, 1 Finley Chopped Green Chilly, Salt To Taste, 1/2 Cup Boiled Pea. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Add 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Chaat Masala, 1 Tsp Fennel ( Saunf ), 1 Tsp Garam Masala, 2 Tsp Chopped Fresh Coriander Leaves. After Adding All The Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing The Ingredients Properly Cool Down The Samosa Filling. After Cooling Down Samosa Filling Samosa Filling Is Ready.

For Making Samosa Dough :

1. After Making Samosa Filling, Take A Bowl Add 2 Cup Flour ( Maida ) , 2 Tsp Semolina, 1 Tsp Ajwaine, Salt To Taste, 2 Tsp Oil. After Adding All The Ingredients Which Listed Above, Add Water As Much As Required For Making Thick Dough. After Making Thick Dough, Rest The Dough For 1/2 Hour.After 1/2 Hour Make Small Balls Of The Thick Dough. After Making Thick Dough Balls, Roll It The Small Ball And Fill Small Amount Of The Potato Mixture In The Middle.

2. After Adding Mixture In The Samosa, Add One Pinch Of Water All The Sides Of Samosa, After Adding Water In All The Sides,Make Samosa Shape. After Making Samosa Take A Pan Add 3 Cup Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Fry The Samosa From Both The Sides In Low Flame Of Gas, Till Both Sides Become Golden Color.  Once Both Sides Of Samosa Become Golden Color, Off The Gas Flame After Offing Gas Flame, Samosa Is Ready To Serve.

Garnish :
 Garnish Samosa With Tomato Sauce And Mint Leaves.
