How To Make Fry Bhindi

Ingredients :
- 250 Gm Bhindi ( Lady Finger )
- 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly
- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Fresh Coriender Leaves
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
- 2 Tsp Oil
Method :
1. First Of All, Take 250 gm Bhindi (ladyfinger) After Taking Bhindi Wash It Properly, After Washing Bhindi Properly,Chopped It Finley. After Chopping Bhindi, Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It, Once Oil Gets Hot Add Chopped 250 gm Bhindi, 2 Finley Chopped Green Chilly. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Fry All The Ingredients, Till Bhindi Become Golden Color. Once Bhindi Become Golden Color Remove Extra Oil From Bhindi After Removing Excess Oil, Add Fresh Coriender Leaves, Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Turmeric Powder.
2. After Adding All The Above Ingredients, Add 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tsp Garam Masala. After Adding All The Ingredients, Mix All The Ingredients Properly So That All The Ingredients Mix With Each Other, After Mixing Leave The Bhindi For 5 Minutes In Low Flame. After 5 Minutes Bhindi Is Ready To Serve. Eat Fry Bhindi With Wheat Flour Chapati.
