How To Make Red Carrot Pickle
Preparation Time 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/2 Kg Red Carrot
- 2 Tsp Green Garlic
- 1 Tsp Fennel
- 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- Salt To Taste
- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Cup Sarso Oil
Method:
1. First Of All, Take 1/2 Kg Carrot And Properly Peel It. After Peeling Carrot Wash The Carrot In 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Carrot Cut The Washed Carrot In Thin Long Shape. After Cutting Carrot In Long Shape Keep The Cutted Carrot In Salt For 1/2 An Hour. After 1/2 An Hour Again Wash The Salted Red Carrot In 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Carrot Take A Blender Jar Add 1 Tsp Fennel, 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds And Blend It And Make A Smooth Powder.
2. After Blending And Making Smooth Powder Take A Plastic Jar And Add Above Made Fennel Mustard Seeds Powder, Washed Salted Carrot, 1 Tsp Green Garlic , Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder And 1 Cup Sarso Oil. After Adding All The Above Ingredients Close The Plastic Jar And Shake It Properly Till All The Ingredients Mixed Properly. After Shaking And Mixing All The Ingredients Properly Red Carrot Pickle Is Ready.
Note: After Shaking And Mixing Properly Keep The Carrot Pickle In Sunlight For 1 To 2 Days, So That Carrot Pickle Become Sour (Khatta) If You Don’t Need To Make It Sour (Khatta) Then Don’t Keep It In Sunlight. Keep The Pickle As It As In Your Kitchen And After 1 To 2 Days Carrot Pickle Is Ready To Eat.
