How To Make Carrot Recipe With Aloo Bindhi

Ingredients For Carrot Recipe:

- 250 Gm Carrot

- 4 Tomatoes Pure

- 1 Tsp Green Garlic

- 2 Finely Chopped Onion

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1/2 Cup Water

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Aloo Bhindhi:

- 250 Gm Ladyfinger(Bhindhi)

- 4 Finely Chopped Potato

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 5 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Brown Rice:

- 2 Cups Brown Rice

- 4 Cups Water

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Wheat Bread:

- 2 Cups Wheat Flour

- Water (As Much As Required For Making A Dough)

- 1/2 Tsp Oil

Serving:

- Sliced Onion And Lemon Slice

Method For Making Carrot Recipe:

1. First Of All, Take 250 Gm Carrot And Cut It Into Round Shape And Keep The Cutted Round Shape Carrot In Salt For 20 Minutes. After 20 Minutes, Wash The Salted Carrot In 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water, After Washing Carrot Take A Pressure Cooker Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It, Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Tsp Green Garlic, 2 Finely Chopped Onion And Cook The Green Garlic And Onion Till It Become Golden Color.

2. Once Green Garlic, And Onion Becomes Golden Color Add 4 Tomatoes Pure, Washed Round Shape Carrot, Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Cook It Till All The Mixture Comes To Oil, Once Full Mixture Comes To Oil Add 1/2 Cup Water In The Cooker And Cook It Till 2 Whistle. After 2 Whistle Open The
Pressure Cooker Lid And Add Fresh Coriander Leaves. After Adding Coriander Leaves Carrot Recipe Is Ready To Eat.

Method For Making Aloo Bhindi:

1. First Of All, Take A 250 Gm Ladefinger And Wash It Into 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water, After Washing Cut The Ladyfinger In Round Shape, After Cutting Ladyfinger, Take A Pan Add 5 Tsp Oil And Heat It, Once Oil Gets Hot Add Cutted Round Shape Ladyfinger, And 2 Finely Chopped Potato In The Pan And Cook It Till Potato And ladyfinger Properly Becomes Roast Once Potato And Ladyfinger Properly Roast Remove The Excess Oil From The Pan,  After Removing Excess Oil Add Salt To Taste,  1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Close The Gas Flame, After Closing Gas Flame Aloo Bhindi Is Ready To Eat.

Method For Making Brown Rice:
 1. First Of All Take 2 Cup Brown Rice In The Bowl And Wash It The 2 Cup Rice In 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Brown Rice In Water, Soak 2 Cup Brown Rice With 4 Cup Water For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour, Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It.

2.  Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Cup Rice With 4 Cup Water, Salt To Taste. After Adding All The Above Needed Ingredients For Making Brown Rice, Then Cook The Brown Rice For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes, Close The Pan Lid And Cook Rice For 5 Minutes In Slow Flame Of Gas. After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame. And Brown Rice Is Ready To Serve.

For Making Wheat Bread:
1. Take A Bowl And Add 2 Cup Wheat Flour And Add Water And Mix It And Make A Dough. After Making Dough,  Add 1/4 Tsp Oil And Mix It. After Adding Oil Make Small Balls Of Dough And Make Round Shape Bread And Cook It In The Pan From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. After Both The Sides Of Bread Become Golden Color, Bread Is Ready To Serve. Serve The Bread With Carrot Recipe And Aloo Bindhi.
