How To Make Dodaa With Healthy Peas

Ingredients For Dodaa:

- 1 Cup Maize Flour

- Salt To Taste

- Water (As Much As Required For Making Tight Dough)

Ingredients For Healthy Peas:

- 250 Gm Peas (Matar)

- 1 Tsp Green Garlic Or Garlic Pieces

- 1 Green Chilly

- 2 Medium Size Tomatoes

- 2 Chopped Onion

- 2 Diced Chopped Potatoes

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 1/2 Cup Water

- 2 Small Tsp Oil

Garnishing Or Serving:

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

- Serve The Dodaa With Healthy Peas, Sliced Cucumber, Sindhi Papad, Or Red Carrot Pickle.

Method For Making Dodaa:

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl Add 1 Cup Maize Flour, Salt To Taste, And Add Water As Much As Required For Making A Tight Dough. After Making A Tight Dough Of Maize Flour Make Round Shape Balls Of Dough And Make Round Shape Dodaa (Slowly Using Your Hand At The Time Of Making Dodaa), After Making Dodaa Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil In The Pan And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Add Dodaa And Fry It From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. After Both Sides Become Golden Color Take Out The Dodaa In The Serving Plate For Serve.

Method For Making Healthy Peas:

1. First Of All Take 250 Gm Peas And Washed It For 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Peas In Water Take A Blender Jar And Add 1 Green Chilly , 2 Chopped Onion, 1 Tsp Green Garlic Or Garlic Pieces And Blend It And Make A Smooth Paste. After Making Smooth Paste Take Another Blender Jar And Add 2 Medium Size Tomatoes And Blend And Make A Smooth Pure. After Making Smooth Pure Take A Pressure Cooker Add 2 Small Tsp Oil And Heat It Once Oil Gets Hot Add Onion Garlic Paste (Which Made Above) And Cook It Till Paste Become Golden Color.

2. Once Paste Become Golden Color Add Tomotes Pure, Washed Peas, 2 Diced Chopped Potatoes , Salt To Taste, 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The Ingredients Properly And Mix It Till All The Mixture Came To Oil Once Mixture Comes To Oil Add 1/2 Cup Water And After Adding Water
Again Mix The Ingredients Properly After Mixing Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It Till 2 Whistle. After 2 Whistle Close The Gas Flame. After Closing Healthy Peas Is Ready To Serve. Garnish The Healthy Peas With Fresh Coriander Leaves.

Serving:
Serve The Dodaa With Healthy Peas, Sliced Cucumber, Sindhi Papad, Or Red Carrot Pickle.
