Khoya Barfi



How To Make Khoya Barfi


Cooking Time 15 Minutes


Ingredients:




- 250 Gm Khoya

- 3 Cups Sugar

- 1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Almonds

- 1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Pistachio

- 1/2 Tsp Cardamon Powder

- 1/2 Cup Water

Method For Making Khoya Barfi:

1. First Of All, Take 250 Gm Khoya In The Bowl And Crumble It. After Crumbling Khoya Properly, Take A Pan And Heat It, Once Pan Gets Heat Add 250 Gm Crumbled Khoya In The Pan, And Roast It In Low Flame Of Gas Till Khoya Changes Color And Becomes Light Golden Color. But Keep In Mind That You Roast Khoya In Low Flame Of Gas Only, And After Khoya Started Changing Color Close The Gas Flame And Take Out The Roasted Khoya In The Bowl.

2. After Roasting Khoya, Take A Pan Add 3 Cups Sugar And 1/2 Cup Water In The Pan And Cook The Sugar Till Sugar Properly Dissolve In The Water And Make A Sugar Syrup. After Sugar Dissolves Properly In The Water, Close The Gas Flame, After Closing Gas Flame Keep Mixing The Sugar Constantly In The Pan Till Sugar Syrup Becomes Dry.

3. After Sugar Syrup Becomes Dry In The Pan, Take Out The Dry Sugar In The Bowl And After Adding Dry Sugar In The Bowl Add Cool Roasted Khoya In The Bowl, 1/2 Tsp Cardamon Powder,   1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Almonds, 1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Pistachio In The Bowl, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix The Ingredients Properly, After Mixing Properly Add The Mixed Ingredients In The Greased Oil Plate And Spread The Khoya Sugar Mixture In The Plate Properly, After Spreading The Mixture Leave The Barfi For 3 To 4 Hours For Cooling.  After 3 To 4 Hours, Cut The Pieces Of Barfi And After Cutting Keep The Barfi Into The Refrigerator For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour Khoya Barfi Is Ready To Eat.

Note: At The Time You Were Adding Khoya In The Dry Sugar Syrup, Remember That Khoya Should Be Warm That It Can Be Handle With Hand. And Also Remember That Khoya Will Not So Hot Or Not So Cold At The Time Of Adding Syrup, Because If Is Too Hot Khoya Will Melt In The Syrup And If It Is Too Cold Then It Should Not Set Quickly And Take Much Time.

For Garnishing:
You Can Add More Dry Fruits On The Barfi Also You Can Add Silver Leaf (Vark) On The Barfi To Make It More Beautiful And Tasty.
