Healthy Dates Ladoo


How To Make Healthy Dates (Khajur) Ladoo


Cooking Time 20 Minutes


Ingredients For Making Healthy Dates Ladoo:




- 1/2 Kg Dates( Khajur)
- 250 Gm  Oats
- 1 Tsp Cardamon Powder
- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Almonds
- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Pistachio
- 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Cashew Nuts
- 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Walnuts
- 1 Cup Water

Method For Making Dates Ladoo:

1. First Of All, Take 1/2 Kg Dates (Khajur) And Remove The Seeds (Ghutli)  In Dates. After Removing Seeds In Dates Finely Chopped The Dates (Khajur) After Chopping Take A Blender Jar And Add 250 Gm Oats, After Adding Oats Blend It And Make A Smooth Powder Of Oats. After Blending And Making Powder Of Oats Take A Non Stick Pan Add 1/2 Kg Finely Chopped Dates
(Khajur) In The Pan And Roast It In Slow Flame Of Gas Till Dates (Khajur) Slowly Changes Its Color And Melts.

2.  Once Dates (Khajur) Change  Its Color And Starts Melting Add 1/2 Kg Oats Smooth Powder (Which We Already Blended Above)  1 Tsp Cardamon Powder, 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Almonds, 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Pistachio, 1 Tsp Finely Chopped Cashew Nuts, 1 Tsp Finley Chopped Walnuts , 1 Cup Water And Roast It In Low Flame Of Gas For 2 To 3 Minutes Till All Ingredients Mixed Properly And Started Changing Their Color. Once All Ingredients Mixed Properly Add 1 Tsp Ghee In Your Hand After Adding Ghee In Your Hand Rub It  Properly In Your Hands After Rubbing Take 1 Tsp Of Mixture In Your Hands And Make Small Balls Of The Mixture After Making Small Balls Of Mixture Healthy Dates Ladoo Is Ready To Eat.

Note: When You Were Making Ladoo Of The Mixture Don’t Close The Gas Flame Keep The Mixture In Low Flame Of Gas., And Carefully Make The Ladoo Because The Mixture Become Hot At The Time Of Making. After Making Ladoo Leave The Ladoo For 15 Minutes. After 15 Minutes Eat The Healthy Delicious Dates Ladoo.
