Healthy Green Onion Recipe


How To Make Green Onion Recipe

Ingredients For Green Onion Recipe:

- 1/2 Kg Green Onion

- 1 Tsp Green Garlic Or Garlic Piece

- 1 Tsp Ginger (Optional)

- 4 Medium Size Tomatoes

- 4 Medium Size Potatoes

- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly

- 2 Finely Chopped Onion

- Salt To Taste

- 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Brown Rice:

- 2 Cups Brown Rice

- 4 Cups Water

- Salt To Taste

- 2 Tsp Oil

Ingredients For Wheat Bread:

- 2 Cups Wheat Flour

- Water (As Much As Required For Making A Dough)

- 1/2 Tsp Oil

Serving:

Serve The Green Onion Recipe With Sliced Onion Sliced Raddish And Lemon Slice

Method For Making Green Onion Recipe:

1. First Of All, Take 1/2 Kg Green Onion And Finely Chopped The Green Part Of Onion And Remove The White Part i.e., White Onion. After Chopping Green Onion Take A Pressure Cooker Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Tsp Green Garlic Or Garlic Piece 1 Tsp Ginger (Optional) And Cook It Till Both Ingredients Become Golden Color, Once Garlic Becomes
Golden Color Add 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Finely Chopped Onion, And Cook It Properly Till Onion Become Golden Color.

2.Once Onion Become Golden Color, Add Chopped Green Onion,  4 Medium Size Tomatoes, 4 Medium Size Potatoes, Salt To Taste,  1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Coriander Powder, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Without Mixing Any Ingredients Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It Till 2 Whistle. After 2 Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker Lid And Continuously Mixing The Ingredients Till All The Water In The Cooker Completely Soaked Once All The Water Completely Soaked Green Onion Recipe Is Ready To Eat.

Method For Making Brown Rice:
 1. First Of All Take 2 Cup Brown Rice In The Bowl And Wash It The 2 Cup Rice In 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Brown Rice In Water, Soak 2 Cup Brown Rice With 4 Cup Water For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour, Take A Pan Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Cup Rice With 4 Cup Water, Salt To Taste. After Adding All The Above Needed Ingredients For Making Brown Rice, Then Cook The Brown Rice For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes, Close The Pan Lid And Cook Rice For 5 Minutes In Slow Flame Of Gas. After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame. And Brown Rice Is Ready To Serve.

For Making Wheat Bread:

1. Take A Bowl And Add 2 Cup Wheat Flour And Add Water And Mix It And Make A Dough. After Making Dough,  Add 1/4 Tsp Oil And Mix It. After Adding Oil Make Small Balls Of Dough And Make Round Shape Bread And Cook It In The Pan From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. After Both The Sides Of Bread Become Golden Color, Bread Is Ready To Serve.
