How To Make Spicy Cabbage With Garlic Pullav

Ingredients:
For Making Spicy Cabbage:
- 1/2 Kg Finely Chopped Cabbage
- 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly
- 2 Finely Chopped Onion
- 3 Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- Salt To Taste
- 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves (Kasturi Methi)
- 1 Tsp Oil
Ingredients For Garlic Pullav:
- 2 Cup Cooked Rice
- 1 Tsp Green Garlic
- 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves (Kasturi Methi) (Optional)
- Salt To Taste
- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Oil
Ingredients For Bread:
- 2 Cup Wheat Flour
- Water (As Much As Required For Making Dough)
- 1/4 Tsp Oil
Ingredients For Bhoondi Custard:
- 2 Cup Low Fat Curd
- 1 Cup Bhoondi
(You Can Use Both Spicy Or Simple Bhoondi, It Cannot Change Any Taste Of Custard)
- Salt To Taste
- One Pinch Red Chilly Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds
- One Pinch Black Pepper
- One Pinch Black Salt (Optional)
Method:
For Making Spicy Cabbage:
1. First Of All, Take 1/2 Kg Cabbage And Finely Chopped It, After Chopping Take A Pressure Cooker And Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It, Once Gets Hot Add 1 Finely Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Finely Chopped Onion And Cook It Till Onion Become Golden Color, After Onion Become Golden Color, Add 1/2 Kg Finely Chopped Cabbage, 3 Finely Chopped Tomatoes, Salt To Taste 2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder And Mix All The Ingredients Properly And After Mixing, Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It Till 2 To 3 Whistle. After 2 To 3 Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker Lid And Again Mix All The Boiled Ingredients Properly And After Mixing Cook The Cabbage Till The Recipe Comes To The Oil And When The Recipe Comes To The Oil Close The Gas Flame And Spicy Cabbage Is Ready To Serve.
For Making Garlic Pullav:
1. First Of All, Take A Pan And Add 1 Tsp Green Garlic, 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds And Cook It Till Green Galic Becomes Golden Color, Once Green Galic Becomes Golden Color Add 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes, 1 Tsp Fenugreek Leaves (Kasturi Methi) (Optional), Salt To Taste, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder And Mix It Properly And Cook It For 2 To 3 Minutes. After 2 To 3 Minutes Add 2 Cup Cooked Rice In The Pan And Again Mix It Properly. After Mixing Green Garlic Pullav Is Ready Serve.
For Making Bread:
1. Take A Bowl And Add 2 Cup Wheat Flour And Add Water And Mix It And Make A Dough. After Making Dough, Add 1/4 Tsp Oil And Mix It. After Adding Oil Make Small Balls Of Dough And Make Round Shape Bread And Cook It In The Pan From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. After Both The Sides Of Bread Become Golden Color, Bread Is Ready To Serve.
For Making Bhoondi Custard:
1. First Of All, Take 2 Cup Low Fat Curd And Properly Beat It ,After Beating Curd Add 1 Cup Bhoondi (You Can Use Both Spicy Or Simple Bhoondi, It Cannot Change Any Taste Of Custard), Salt To Taste, One Pinch Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Roasted Cumin Seeds, One Pinch Black Pepper, One Pinch Black Salt (Optional), After Adding All The Above Ingredients Mix All The
Ingredients And Keep That Custard Into The Refrigerator For 1 Hour For Cooling. After 1 Hour, Cooled Bhoondi Custard Is Ready To Eat.
Serving:
Serve The Spicy Cabbage With Green Garlic Pullav, Hot Bread Or Cool Cool Bhoondi Custard And Sliced Onion.
