Healthy Boiled Spinach



How To Make Healthy Boiled Spinach


Serving 3 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes




Ingredients:

- 1/2 Kg Finely Chopped Spinach

- 1 Tsp Green Garlic

- 3 Finely Chopped Tomatoes

- 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly

- 2 Finely Chopped Onion

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder

- 2 Tsp Oil

- 1/2 Cup Water For Boiling Spinach

Garnish:

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method:

1. First Of All, Take 1/2 Kg Spinach And Finely Chopped It And After Chopped Spinach, Wash The Spinach In 2 To 3 Times In Normal Water And After Washing Spinach, Take A Pressure Cooker And Add Washed Spinach, 1/2 Cup Water And After Adding Water In Cooker Close The Cooker Lid And Cook It Till 2 Whistle. After 2 Whistle Close The Gas Flame And Open The Pressure Cooker Lid And Take Out The Boiled Spinach In The Bowl.

2. After Taking Out Spinach From The Cooker, Take Another Pressure Cooker And Add 2 Tsp Oil And Heat It, Once Oil Gets Hot Add 1 Tsp Green Garlic And Cook The Green Garlic Till Green Garlic Become Light Golden Color, When Green Garlic Become Light Golden Color, Add 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilly, 2 Finely Chopped Onion, 3 Finely Chopped Tomatoes, Salt To Taste, 1
Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder, 1/2 Tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 Tsp Dry Mango Powder, After Adding All The Above Ingredients Again Close The Cooker Lid And Cook It Till One Whistle.

3. After One Whistle, Open The Pressure Cooker Lid, And Add Boiled Spinach In The Cooker And After Adding Spinach Properly Mix All The Ingredients And Cook It For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Again Mix The Ingredients Properly And After Mixing Close The Gas Flame And Healthy Boiled Spinach Is Ready For Garnishing.

Garnishing:

Garnish The Healthy Boiled Spinach With Fresh Coriander Leaves. After Garnishing Healthy Boiled Spinach Serve Or Eat The Spinach With Hot Bread Or Pullav.
