How To Make Methi Ea Bahar


Serving 5 People

Cooking Time 15 Minutes



Ingredients:

- 250 Gm Methi (Fenugreek)

- 4 To 5 Garlic

- 3 Onion

- 2 Green Chilly

- 3 To 4 Tomatoes

- 3 Chopped Potatoes

- Salt To Taste

- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

- 2 Tsp Coriander Powder

- 2 Cup Water

- 1 Tsp Oil

For Making Bread:

- 2 Cup Wheat Flour

- Water (As Much As Required For Making Dough)

- 1/4 Tsp Oil

Serving:

Sliced Cucumber

Cooked Bread

Method For Making Methi Ea Bahar:

1. First Of All, Chopped Methi (Fenugreek) Leaves, After Chopping Methi Wash Methi Leaves Into 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Methi Leaves, Drain All The Water From Methi.

2. After Draining Take A Blender Jar And Add 4 To 5 Garlic, 3 Onion, 2 Green Chilly And Washed Methi( Fenugreek) Leaves And Blend It And Make A Smooth Paste, And After Blending And Making Smooth Paste, Take Another Blender Jar And Add 3 To 4 Tomatoes And Blend It And Make A Smooth Pure. After Making Both Smooth Paste And Pure.

3. Take A Pressure Cooker And Add 1 Tsp Oil In The Cooker And Heat It. Once Oil Gets Hot, Add Green Chilly, Methi (Fenugreek) And Garlic  Paste And 3 Chopped Potatoes In The Cooker And Roast It Till It Become Golden Color, When The Paste Become Golden Color And Methi Paste Leaves Pleasant Smell, Add Tomatoes Pure In The Cooker.

4. After Adding Tomatoes Pure In The Cooker, Add Salt To Taste, 1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder. 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder, 2 Tsp Coriander Powder In The Mixture And Again Roast It Well And Cook It For 5 Minutes. After 5 Minutes Add 2 Cup Water In The Cooker After Adding Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook It Till 2 Whistle.

5. After 2 Whistle, Off The Gas Flame And Left The Recipe For 2 Minutes And After 2 Minutes Open The Pressure Cooker Lid And Methi Ea Bahar Recipe Is Ready To Serve. Transfer The Recipe Into The Serving Bowl For Garnishing.

For Making Bread:

1. Take A Bowl , Add 2 Cup Wheat Flour And Water (As Much As Required)  And Mix It And Make A Dough. After Making Dough,  Add 1/4 Tsp Oil On The Dough And Mix It. After Adding Oil On The Dough Make Small Balls Of Dough And Make Round Shape Bread And Cook It In The Pan From Both The Sides Till Both Sides Become Golden Color. After Both The Sides Of Bread Become Golden Color, Bread Is Ready To Serve.
Serve The Bread With Methi Ea Bahar.

Serving:
