Healthy Bhaat


How To Make Healthy Bhaat


Serving 2 People


Cooking Time 15 Minutes



Ingredients :

For Brown Rice :

- 2 Cup Brown Rice

- 4 Cup Water

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Tsp Oil

For Daal:

- 1/2 Cup Yellow Gram (Moong Daal)

- 1 Cup Water

- 1 Green Chilly

- 1 Chopped Tomato

- Salt To Taste

- 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder

- 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder

For Daal Tampering :

- 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds

- 1 Tsp Oil

- Green Garlic

(If Needed You Can Use In Tampering If You Don’t Like You Cannot Use For Daal Tampering).

Garnish :

- Sliced Onion

- Sliced Tomatoes

- Coriander Chutney

- Pomegranate

- Fresh Coriander Leaves

Method :

For Making Brown Rice :

1. First Of All Take 2 Cup Brown Rice In The Bowl And Wash It The 2 Cup Rice In 3 To 4 Times In Normal Water. After Washing Brown Rice In Water, Soak 2 Cup Brown Rice With 4 Cup Water For 1 Hour. After 1 Hour, Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And Heat It.

2.  Once Oil Gets Hot Add 2 Cup Rice With 4 Cup Water, Salt To Taste. After Adding All The Above Needed Ingredients For Making Brown Rice, Then Cook The Brown Rice For 10 Minutes. After 10 Minutes, Close The Pan Lid And Cook Rice For 5 Minutes In Slow Flame Of Gas. After 5 Minutes Off The Gas Flame. And Brown Rice Is Ready To Serve.

For Making Daal :

1. First Of All, Soak 1/2 Cup Moong Daal (Yellow Gram) In 2 Cup Water For 1 To 2 Hours. After 5 To 6 Hours, Take A Pressure Cooker Add 1/2 Cup Moong Daal 2 Cup Water, 2 Tomatoes And , 1 Green Chilly, After Adding All The Ingredients Close The Pressure Cooker Lid And Cook Till 2 Whistle.

2. After 2 Whistle Open The Pressure Cooker Lid Add Salt To Taste, 1 Pinch Turmeric Powder, 1 Tsp Red Chilly Powder.After Adding All The Needed Masala’s Mash The Daal With The Help Of Masher. After Daal Mashed Properly, Mix The Daal Well. Cook It Till 2 Boil.After 2 Boils Off The Gas Flame And Daal Is Ready For Tampering.

For Tampering Daal:

1. First Of All, Take A Pan Add 1 Tsp Oil And 1/2 Tsp Cumin Seeds, 1/4 Tsp Green Garlic( If Needed You Can Use And If Not Cannot Use For Tampering) And After Adding Cumin Seeds Cook The Cumin Seeds And Green Garlic Till It Become Golden Color. After Cumin Seeds And Green Garlic Become Golden Color, Off The Gas Flame. And Pour The Ready Tampering In To The Daal, After Adding Tampering In The Daal, Mix It Well , And Yellow Gram (Moong Daal) Is Fully Ready To Serve.

For Making Healthy Bhaat:

1. First Of All, Take A Bowl And Add Brown Rice Which We Already Made Above, Then Add Add Moong Daal In The Bowl And After Adding Both Rice And Daal Mix It With The Help Of Spoon And Smoothly Press It With The Help Of Spoon, After Pressing Smoothly, Pour Both Into The Plate Gently Into Another Side So That It Make Round Shape. After Making Round Shape, Healthy Bhaat Is Ready For Garnishing.

 Garnishing :

Now, Garnish The Healthy Bhaat With Sliced Onion, Sliced Tomato, Coriander Chutney,  Pomegranate, Fresh Coriander Leaves.
